Moz Analytics won't connect to my new GA
-
I've been having this problem ever since I moved the GA of several clients to my new company (which has a new GA account). Moz seems to only allow me to choose from my old GA account, even when I reconnect over and over to my new account.
This is happening in Chrome and Safari. Here's a screencast: http://screencast.com/t/tnQmthYwvGu
Is there a way to completely disconnect the old account so that Moz no longer remembers it at all?

I watched the screen cast, but is the site available further on in the drop down once you connect up the new account? When I populate with my GA account that has several client accounts the tool gives me a list of all the various account names. I also have a big "disconnect" button that you might not be seeing in Chrome or Safari... (I'm using Firefox). Can screen cast it later if need be. Cheers!

Hi Ryan,
It's continuing to pull up my old account, even after I delete it, but I need to have it removed permanently:
It's doing it in Firefox as well.
Thanks!

Hmm... Maybe try deleting it from the Google side here: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions from your old account, then log out and back in to Moz while only signed in to the new account.

Yep, did that too. Still not working.
I wonder if it's that other people from my old company had it connected to their GA. I really wish there was a way to delete it across the board, without having to try to figure out everyone who ever connected to Moz Analytics.
Oh well. I'll start hunting them down.

Bummer. I was hoping that would catch it. Definitely seems to be a lot of fingers in the pie though! I'm not a Moz employee but they are here in the Q&A so they should be able to help you out soon. You can also reach out to them via the Contact Help Team here: https://moz.com/help/contact
Cheers!

Thanks for your help! I'm getting in touch with the people from my old company. Hopefully that will solve it.

Hi Natalie
For the users from the old company, they can revoke access by being logged in and going to this link:
https://accounts.google.com/b/0/IssuedAuthSubTokens
Hope this helps!

Hi David,
Happily I was able to get a hold of everyone on Friday, and it looks like they all were able to disconnect. Hooray!
Thanks for the help.
