It would seam that you are thinking about this in the wrong way. you don't want to "build links" you want to create a relationship with people who will link to you. I would say that you need to talk to some of your customers and ask them nicely to start talking more about you online. Also, are you part of any affiliations in your industry or have you got any accreditations?

testimonials and reviews are very solid ways to build links. This is especially a good thing to do with this type of new solution. Linking to mold remediation, water dame, and fire remediation companies that use your services is a great set of links. See if you can write blog posts for them talking about a client site that your products helped recover and incorporate a link back to your company. See if your equipment supplier will port a blog about a solution you created utilizing their products with a link back to you.
You do need to be creative in this space. External forms of validation is critical to conversion and sales in this category.
Hope this helps,
Ron

The Beginner's Guide to Link Building at http://moz.com/beginners-guide-to-link-building should help, too.

Hi Tim,
For that specific website (http://www.specialistblastcleaning.co.uk/), you can apply any of the following link building tactics:
- Submit the site to high quality local and niche-specific citation listings and directories (e.g. yelp.co.uk)
- Find resource pages that list down cleaning companies in UK. If they have broken links, you can use the BLB approach.
- Pitch 3 to 5 home improvement blogs with high search share (or with high SEPrice - metric used by SEMRush) and ask if you can become a regular content contributor for them.
Happy link building!
