Hi There,
Taking a look now. Could you let us know the kind of things you have been upto? What kind of SEO has been done on the site? Did you hire someone? Has anything changed on the site recently? Have you swopped servers etc? Who is your site hosted with?
Kind Regards
Neil

Hi Kashif,
Unfortunately, the activities you mention here (forums, social media marketing, Yahoo Answers and press release distribution) are all unlikely to help your rankings very much nowadays.
Forum posts are often nofollowed.
Social media links are almost always nofollowed. Taking part in social media is an important part of marketing and we assume that having a strong following within social media can act as a good signal for Google, but it is not the same as building a robust backlink profile.
Yahoo! Answers links are nofollowed.
Google recently warned against using press releases as link building opportunities: http://www.seroundtable.com/google-press-release-links-16136.html
Writing great blog posts is useful, but be sure to avoid the recent issues people have been having with guest posting: http://www.mattcutts.com/blog/guest-blogging/
I would suggest having a thorough look through the link development section on the Moz blog - there are hundreds of great posts about modern link development and what constitutes best practice today.
Cheers,
Jane

Kashif, it may be time for you to go out and hire a firm to do an audit of your site. We have a list of recommended companies at http://moz.com/article/recommended.
Also, please check your email associated with your account. I've sent you an important email regarding your account, and want to make sure that you see it.
