Email report settings

Hey is there a current issue with the email report settings?

I've gone through every account twice this week to turn off (I just don't need to be notified by email when I spend so much time in Moz).  After turning them off I'm still getting notifications.  I went back into setting today & they are all turned back on.

Where are these email settings?  I was looking for them a couple days ago to modify the messages that I receive.  Thanks!

Depending on if you're using SEOMoz Pro App (classic version) just click on setting & unmark the reports you don't want to use.

If you're in Moz Analytics open a campaign, at top right you will see a link to Campaign Settings > choose Email notifications >choose save

Hi David,

Sorry to hear that you're having troubles unsubscribing from those email notifications. (Though I love hearing that you don't need them because you're here all the time! I checked out your account and some of the settings, and since you have so many campaigns, both in our old PRO and in Moz Analytics, it would be very helpful if you could let me know which campaigns you're still seeing emails coming from and are re-checking themselves.

We're still actively sending emails from both PRO and Moz Analytics, so definitely make sure you're all unchecked in all the places. When I was looking through your account, I hopped on the C2 Education in PRO and saw that there was still an email subscription checked. I unchecked it and saved it, and it seemed to stick for me. (There were no email reports checked for that campaign in Moz Analytics.)

Let us know some specifics so we can dig in more.

@EGOL - You'll want to make sure they're turned off both in the old PRO app and in Moz Analytics or you'll still get emails, even if you're only actively using Moz Analytics for your campaigns.

It looks like I have my answer from the comment above.

I would have thought the Pro & Moz Analytics settings would have been tied together but it seems like they aren't.

This is the problem, I'll clean up both sides.

This was the piece I was missing.  I assumed the settings would have been tied together.

Sorry about the inconvenience. Unfortunately, not all customers have started using Moz Analytics yet, and it's sometimes hard to tell on our end if customers have completely migrated from PRO to Moz Analytics. So for now both are still sending emails. Eventually, we'll be completely sunsetting PRO.
