On 2 of my 3 accounts setup I am getting this error and no Analytics data is being shown. If I reauthorise it successfully authorises but on the next page refresh it asks me to again and just takes me in an everlasting loop!

Hi Charles,
That's not good! Can you open a ticket at http://moz.com/help/contact? We'll be able to look directly at your account from there and help you figure this out.

I have the same issue! Have reauthorised multiple times, but doesn't seem to make any difference...

Hi Gemma,
Sorry to hear about this! Like I mentioned to Charles, opening at ticket with our help desk at http://moz.com/help/contact is the best way to get this working. Thank you!

We are currently having the same issues with this Message => We lost connection with your Google Analytic's account. Don't worry — you won't lose any data. Please reauthorize now.
Once we reauthorize it after a few second it says the same message. Any recommendations?

Hi Rachel,
I lodged a ticket with the Help Desk and they fixed it really quickly! All back to normal now

That would be the best thing for you to do.

Hi, I opened a ticket right after this message a week ago and have received no reply or help! Also sent a followup email to your help but ignored there too!
-
We're having the same problem

-
Hello Everyone!
We are actually experiencing two issues.
-
No traffic data with the re-authorization message
-
Traffic data working with the re-authorization message re-appearing
If you are able to see traffic visits for weekly and daily and the error message appears, your connection is great and you can ignore the message unless you are getting zero visits for both.
As of this time we only need examples of campaigns that are not importing your data from Google. Once we can resolve the notification message issue we will update our status page at health.moz.com
Thanks!

Currently I have same problem. At first I thought it was normal, so I did authorise but few minutes Moz asked again to re-authorise until now this issue isn't solved.
I will open a ticket for my issue.

Hi Duncan,
I see that Joel Day replied to your help ticket on March 7. Have you checked your spam folder to see if that email was by chance caught there?
