Anybody know how to merge an old inactive Moz account with a current live Moz account?

I had an old Moz account with my name, profile, etc. that I don't want to lose.  By accident, when I created my current subscription, I ended up creating a brand new account.  The old account has my bio, Moz points, etc. that I don't want to lose, but the new account has my campaigns.  Any way to bring the two accounts together?

Why don't you cancel your brand new account, and upgrade you old account - and create the campaigns in the old account.

Not sure if you can "merge" the accounts, but perhaps someone at Moz can assist with this.

Best would be sending them a mail and ask directly to them (help@moz.com) connecting an old and new account shouldnt be that easy first you have to be proving first account belongs to you(i am not sure first registered mail adress is the same with the second one)

There's unfortunately no way to merge accounts at the moment. This is a feature that's been requested though and one we're still looking into. If this is something that you'd really like to see added to Moz, I'd recommend submitting this as feedback in our Feature Request Forum. If you see an entry in there for this, you can vote it up the queue. Our Product team checks this daily and uses it to help prioritize our new feature releases.
