Hi,

It looks like you or someone working for your company have been taking part in some very black hat techniques, which would be why Google is possibly punishing you. To get your site ranking well i suggest you look at your link profile and remove the links created using these black hat techniques, once you have removed as many of these as possible create quality content to attract high quality links back to your site.

I also noticed your keywords are targeting locations so you could create specific landing pages for each of these locations with quality content about the location.

Hopefully if your work on these areas you should see some improvements, but never take the easy route and use black hat techniques it will only hurt you in the long run.

I looked in Open Site Explorer, and your backlinks don't look very natural. Generally you'd have a lot of backlinks that include the name of your site or your URL. The most powerful backlinks I'm seeing to your site have anchor text that doesn't look like someone would naturally select it without being given a strong hint to use "Book UK Hotels with Big Discounts" on several different sites. Especially when those sites have nothing to do with your site.

I suggest you go through your backlinks and stop with any attempts to build more of ones like the following:
