Is There A Ninja Stats Dashboard That Can Do This? Analytics Maybe?

Hey everyone!

I currently pay an employee to manually login and give me these details every day so I am hoping there is a better way to get this done.

We have a number of our own sites and also manage the marketing and SEO for various other companies. What I need is 1 dashboard that I can login to which shows stats for how many unique visitors each site gets on a daily basis, broken down by website but all viewable from 1 dashboard that I can login to.

Is this possible with Google Analytics? Any ideas on how I could make this happen?

Oh yeah, that's totally doable using the API. I wrote a post on how to use Excellent Analytics, a free Excel plugin that's very user friendly. But you can set up individual calls to the API for each profile/account from one spreadsheet and then just refresh the data when you need to. You can also create charts from it and refresh them by clicking the Refresh button in Excel.

Check out Excellent Analytics. They've got a plugin for Excel for Mac that taps into the Google Analytics API.  There's probably other stuff out there, but this is the best I know about.  You should be able to create a dashboard in your spreadsheet that will update itself however you want.

Check out this feature from Google too for Google Drive.  Could be helpful.

Personally I love Woopra for this as I manage about 6/7 sites and I have the option to select each one from a left hand navigation, see who is actively on real-time and I have reports and labels all set up to monitor all the necessary KPI's. I do however use GA as well but not a big fan of their real-time feature but great for custom reporting.
