It just seemed so confirm my theory. I guess it's good if it is just a glitch but it's driving me crazy that my site took such a dive and I don't understand why!

5,500 impressions to 600.

And I have been getting more awesome backlinks but it keeps getting worse!

Try not to focus too much on GWT for things like backlinks and impressions. Yes it should factor in, but it's definitely the most imperfect tool I've ever used.

That said.. give us your domain let's take a look and see if we can spot anything?

You looked at my site last week - I won't make you look again. I think I just need to get over it and work hard at getting traffic from sources other than google.

You have to look at the correlation between queries in Webmaster Tools and Analytics.  Queries have dropped but have visitor levels in Analytics?

Yes indeed! Queries and clicks have dropped. I was getting over 500 visitors a day and it dropped to barely 200.
