What is Too Many On-Page Links?

in campaigns i see " Too Many On-Page Links " what is this ?

can anyone please tell me ?

it means you have a lot of links on that page. Sometimes, you can just ignore it. Depends on what your site has.

IDEALLY if i submit the blog how many links i need to add?

It is like Dennis says Links on a page. Ideally you don't wan't more then 90 links on a page. It isn't a major factor but does effect the distribution of link juice.
