Hi,

That warning is a guideline  - it's not really an error that you need to fix.

In your case the home page needs to have more links on page - it make sense based on format and flow.

Since you don't have a high Domain / page authority it's not very good as you don't have that much Page rank to "give" to the other pages you are linking from the home page.

if you can reduce the number of links on this page it will help the remaining internal articles / pages that you  link from home page as those will receive more "votes" but again it's not an error.

As for the sitemap you should't really care about the warning as that is for indexation .. mainly.

Simple, remove some links.

But I agree with the above poster, you don't need to tend to every error, warning or guidline that Moz gives you, just use common sense and you'll be fine.
