Keyword rankings not updating

I got an email yesterday saying my new rankings were available. I have checked the campaigns and it says it was last checked 12th Jan.

Is there a problem at the moment?

Hi - I asked the same of SEOMOZ and apparently they are having problems!

Seems there are a number of problems with their system as I keep seeing messages saying they are working on improving things!

I think I will cancel as it is not acceptable to me.

It appears that my rankings have updated now...a few days out of date.

I think the other tools in seomoz make it good value however I think this need fixing as now I have to use several places to monitor one campaign.

Hi Brian,

I'm glad to hear that your rankings have now updated. Unfortunately, rankings are an unstable and fickle type of information to collect, but I certainly apologize for the delay you've experienced. We experienced a bug that began on Wednesday of last week which caused the ranking date to be collected much more slowly than usual and so rankings for some campaigns were about two days behind. We are currently caught up with the rankings and the bug that created the delay should now be fixed, so we expect the rankings for this week to be delivered on your regularly scheduled date.
