hi, is anyone having problems with rank tracker. I have been trying to use it but it comes up with problems

Hi! We are having some issues, and should be caught up by the end of the day Friday (Washington / Pacific Standard Time).

i have also been having problems since monday this week.  "unable to retrieve ranking" is the message i receive.
