Remarketing Campaign Issue - Remarketing Campaign Not Running

Hi Guys

There looks to be some sort of issue with one of our remarketing lists, that we want to use in a custom combination.

We want to remarket people that didn’t successfully complete an application, but not those who have completed an application.

Basically we created 2 lists for successful and unsuccessful applications, unsuccessful defined for our apply page and successful defined for our thank you page, copied the remarketing tag on both these pages, created the custom combination to remarket only the unsuccessful list and to exclude those that did successfully applied.

Now our issue is with the successful applications list. It has only recorded 4 visitors so far and we know that the thank you page get’s much more visitors than that in a day. I double checked the code and it matches the main remarketing tag to the tee.

If somebody could please get back to me on this I would appreciate it.

*Note: We haven't got the remarketing tag on all of our webpages.We also previously had the same remarketing campaign set up in another account and it ran perfectly, but back then Adwords still created seperate remarketing tags for each list.

This doesn't look like the newest version of Google's remarketing code. Check your Tracking info and update it site wide. It should look something like this:
