Adwords Campaign and Adsense Issue

Does this make sense.... I just started running adwords campaign on my site and at the same time adsense just approved my account and i noticed adword should not run on adsense site.

Should i remove my adsense code till i finish up my adwords campaign or what????

You are confused. Adwords is text based PPC for paid search. Adsense are PPC display ads generated based on sites that user is visiting. You dont need to remove the adsense code.  These are two distinctly different solutions that you need to be tracking separately within google analytics.

You should set up different landing pages on your site to handle adsense clicks as opposed to adwords clicks. This will simplify the process of tracking and reporting and will give you an opportunity to compare the esults between the two campaigns....
