It sounds like you are trying to find links to be disavowed. I would STRONGLY recommend against this unless you know what you are doing! Do not use Google's new tool unless you are absolutely 100% certain that you want the links disavowed and you know how to use the tool properly.

I wouldn't worry about these sites, they are just third party sites that give various stats about domains.

Don't look for links indiscriminately to use the tool, the consequences can be counterproductive. Do SEO as ever, monitoring your website and analyzing  back links. If you think a link suspect, then analyze its origin: domain, pagerank, authority and, of course, if the link provides value to your website. If after all this you think your website is being harmed by such a link, then it's time to use the tool.

Don't worry about these sites, don't seem to be harmful.
