Tool/Service for Testing CTR in Title/Description tags in SERPs

Hey mozzers,

I am looking for a service that will allow us to test our which title/description combo will receive a higher CTR in SERPs.

Basically, a service that you can upload your title/descriptions and it then crowdsources the question "which version would you click?" allowing you to get quick feedback

I know these services must exist, having some issues finding it.
