A good popup plugin / tool

Guys and girls, sorry a bit off topic but looking for some input. Is there a conversion/subscription popup you recommend? Tried out a few and I’m interested to see:  What the favourites are, what has really great settings, split test options and what get results – thinking of using it for email capture, social signup or custom HTML sections. Like the whole popping up after the user rolls the mouse out the browser. Welcome examples for Wordpress AND normal sites. ANY EXAMPLES WELCOME… Thanks

I have used this one for Joomla. Very simple and free, except that you cannot set the delay time from within the plugin:
