Does anybody know how can i obtain links under the snippet (see the example in the image attached) ?

Those links are all top stories from that site, and I'm guessing they're Google News related or Schema-related (microdata / metadata / whatever you'd like to call it).

I see them showing up for CNN, NYT and Fox News, but not for sites like Techcrunch or the Seattle Times, so not sure if they're easy to get or not.

If you plug a NYT article into the Google Snippet Tester you'll see that they're using pretty basic metadata.
