Next Linkscape Update - six weeks is a long time!

Happy New Year!

It's now been almost six weeks since the last update.

I realize we got an extra bonus...

...and I realize that even robots celebrate Christmas.

All that said....

...and having exhausted my limited repertoire of diplomatic politeness...

WTF!

When is the next update????

The next Linkscape update is actually tomorrow for OSE (Jan 4).. but the index is so much bigger that it takes more resources now to crawl and update. Be patient and all will work come to pass  ... It's a lot of work for them to crawl, index and then report the data for us all.

At 38 days, it is a little longer than most cycles. The holidays did throw a wrench into things, but we are expected to have the crawl out tomorrow. From the homepage of OSE there's now a link to the crawl calendar at http://seomoz.zendesk.com/entries/345964-linkscape-update-schedule where you can see the update schedule to help plan. So sorry that it took a bit of extra time, I know that many of us are really looking forward to the new release.
