Hi Solodev I can confirm the free access only allows URL and Link Metrics. You would need a paid API plan to be able to request top pages and anchor text. The lowest paid plan would be for Low Volume http://moz.com/products/api/pricing

We did have a miscommunication on our API documentation which has since been updated. Again sorry for the mix up on this one! Linking C-blocks are available on the Low Volume plan and up. When you say that you know you've had over 100 visits, how do you know this? Server logs, for instance, record hits not visits or unique visitors. If the visitor stats in Google Analytics and Moz match - which they should - then it seems unlikely there is a problem. Remember to filter by the same period in Google Analytics as your timeframe in Moz Analytics.

Hi, I'm currently having the same problem. I cannot access to moz pro. I gave deleted my cookies and history but still got the same problem. It worked this morning... Any ideas?

David, yes you can serve that as a solution as well and the User-agent string will be rogerbot. Sorry for any confusion this caused on your end. Once you get this up and running Roger will crawl like there is no tomorrow!

Do you use any site review system now? I use YotPo and it is really effective for measuring where traffic came from, what their experience on the site was and I even customized it to poll visitors on why they chose not to shop with us. If people are placing orders on the site, you can also make it a required question on an order form. That would give you basic information as well.

Hi There, Thanks for writing us! So I am really sorry that you are having trouble with Moz Analytics. Generally we require at least 21 days worth of data before we can create a monthly report. Also, as the previous comment stated we generally send out monthly reports at the start of the month by around the 4th. If you need a walkthrough of our new reports or would just like to have a 1:1 interaction with a customer service representative I would recommend reaching out to our team at help@moz.com. There are several conversion tools available. Most tags for these tools would go in the head tags on your template. That is the easiest way to get them on every page while only having to add the code once. If you are asking which tool to use, that is the tricky part. Google Analytics has their ECommerce section in Beta right now, but that's what I use to manage my organic conversions. You can track transactions that happen on your site alone. Not phone calls or personal interactions unfortunately. If that tool ever develops, please let me know! GA is a free tool, and it is very accurate. If you haven't looked into that yet, I would check it out.

Hello Martin, we are so sorry about the trouble you are having with keywords during the campaign creation process. Try skipping that step, and going into the Campaign Settings and adding the keywords afterwards. Does this work? If not, please write to help@Moz.com and ask fro Abe, so I can dig into this a bit further without us having to share private account info on this forum.

I have only ever been able to find out when Moz crawled the site by finding the information in the crawl report. If a crawl report was generated then the information should be on the report. If you can't see it on the site, download the CSV file and it will appear within the first 5 rows of the spreadsheet. If no crawl report was generated and you have a campaign set up, the information will also be within the campaign inside of Moz Pro.

What you would lose from Google Analytics will be organic visits for the site and social and landing pages data.

Hey There, I am so sorry you ran into this issue with the API. Due to an incredibly heavy traffic volume on the Mozscape index, one of our servers crashed, causing an outage in the tools that pull data from the index. The issue has been fixed and you should be able to access the tool with no issues now. Please give that a try and let us know if you need any other assistance. Chiaryn

Hey Alan, Not sure if your issue was related to the DDoS attack or not, but I was able to replicate it now. Make sure that there is no spacing before the URL when you paste it into the on-page grader. To track rankings for keywords over time you'll have to set up a Campaign which it sounds like you have. Once you've done that you can find the rankings in the Search section of the dashboard. This is also where you can filter by the label you've tagged your keywords with. Alternatively you can set up keywords rankings in the rank tracker https://moz.com/researchtools/rank-tracker but you won't get the tagging or email report functionality. -Mike
