  • Hi There, Here are some things you can try to get it working: Make sure you are not in incognito mode Un-install your MozBar plugin. Un-install and re-install Chrome. Turn off any additional plugins these could be interfering with MozBar Check to see if the address bar is hiding the extension icons: http://www.screencast.com/t/7cLHKkOP Disable any software firewall or security apps. Clear all cache and cookie data related to moz.com Re-install your MozBar plugin here. Try again to Sign-in into your Moz account here and the MozBar. Clearing your cache and cookies of all Moz related data is a very important step since we've recently required authentication for the toolbar to function properly. Sending over the below information to help@moz.com would be a huge help in efforts on diagnosing the issue, so if the above steps don't work for you, can you please perform the following steps and send over this screenshot to moz? Click on this icon in the upper right corner of Chrome -  http://www.screencast.com/t/HUj3m4DGuoqK Move the cursor over 'More Tools' and then click on 'Developer Tools' -http://www.screencast.com/t/B7SIh7qiPj Click into the 'Console' tab - http://www.screencast.com/t/itHrYuuq Make sure MozBar is running and then refresh the page if needed. Take a screenshot of the results (the entire window is recommended) and send that to us. What version of MozBar are you running? What is your OS version? I hope this helps.I look forward to hearing back from you about the above. Thanks, Vijay

  • You need to pay for Moz to bulk fetch Moz-created metrics. If you have an active Moz subscription with API access, I believe you just have to visit this URL: https://moz.com/products/mozscape/access to get your "Access ID" and "Secret Key". Without these most tools will fail all Moz-related bulk metric fetches. Such tools just provide automation, they don't provide 'free' access to Moz's data

  • Hi there! Sam from Moz's Help Team here! No, I'm afraid that this is not something that we offer - all of our tools are browser based and are not designed  to be embedded into other sites. Let me know if you have any other questions!

  • Hi there! Our machine learning model identified 27 common features among the millions of banned or penalized sites in the data we fed it. 8. Phone Number Present Spam sites rarely have real phone numbers present on their pages.    10. Email Address Present Email addresses are almost never present on spam sites.  It's recommended to have these but it doesn't explicitly it needs to be on the contact page. You can read more about Spam Score on our Help Hub - including an awesome video that explains how to use the score as well as the factors we use to calculate the score. If you have any further questions, please email us at help@moz.com.

  • Hello Ian-- It's been a few years since this post, I'm curious for updates! Does the Mozscape API include search volume yet? Are there plans to? I've been struggling to write a scraper that would do this for me, an API would certainly simplify things.

  • Hello, I'm not sure for Databox but I do know DashThis (reporting tool similar to Databox) allows you to connect and pull data from Moz (https://dashthis.com/integrations/moz-dashboards/). Hope this helps! Pam

  • Hi there! Thanks so much for the question! Unfortunately 'Date First Seen', 'Date Last Seen', and 'Date Lost' are not currently available via API. Sorry for any confusion or inconvenience. If you need anything else or if you have any other questions, please feel free to email us at help@moz.com

  • Hi there! Thanks so much for the question! Sorry for the confusion here. The best thing to do regarding those blank fields would be to ignore them. These fields are not actually calculated but are returned as empty/default values. If you would like to see fewer of those fields, adjusting the TargetCols, LinkCols, and SourceCols is the best way to do that. However, some fields (lrid, lsrc, ltgt) are included in all responses regardless of the requested columns. I hope this helps! If you have any other questions or need anything else, please do feel free to send an email on over to help@moz.com.

  • Ok, some specifics: Today I downloaded moz-inbound-links-for-fordanddoonan_com_au-2019-05-07_06_29_56_307340Z.csv. I has a header as follows: Inbound Links for fordanddoonan.com.au Scope pld Sorted by source_page_authority Filters: external+not_deleted Anchor text all Source PLD all What API scope matches the one given in the header namely "pld"? Please also point me to the place in the documentation where a filter of "not_deleted" can be specified, as the header has "not_deleted" as a Filter attribute but I can't see that in any of the documentation. I do need some hand-holding here. I'm trying to use the API to generate a moz-inbound-links report but I'm not at all sure where to start.

  • This is interesting. Most data suppliers will say if scripts break, that's down to the programmer's poor use of error-handling (if/except/fallback statements). It's nice to see that with Moz, there's a little more thought

  • Hey Roman!  This is possible with the use of our API and Google Sheets API for you to write results to a Google sheet.  That would require a developer to build that functionality for you but its definitely possible.  Here are some resources if you wanted to try it out yourself. Google API documentation: https://developers.google.com/sheets/api/ Moz API documentation: https://moz.com/help/links-api Hope that helps, let me know if you need anything else.

  • Hey Dave, I know all metrics mentioned on url-metrics API. But I already read it many times. Description don't have mentioned what I need. There may be possibility that this API don't have what I need. If yes than you can suggest me other way to get all data mentioned in my question. Do you want total backlinks to a specific page?  root domain? : We want all count page specific. 1. Total Backlinks   2. Total Referring Domains  3. Total Follow Links    4. Total No Follow links Thanks.
