  • I truly assumed it is based on more than just links. You do have tools such as SEMRush, Searchmetrics, SimilarWeb that show traffic analysis (which is not accurate but can show trends or directions). If a site loses 90% of its traffic then obviously its domain authority is far from being intact

  • Hello Ben, I think Nishada's answer below will lead you in the right directions. Also, I highly recommend setting up weekly/monthly Custom Reports so that you can go back and reference those rankings any time you'd like. Moving forward, once you've created those, you can access that data at any time. I hope this helps!

  • I just tried it and I did not get an error. Maybe it was a temporary glitch? w3cAAMh

  • On the page you cite you have a tag which could be causing the error: <title>Heat Press, Transfer Machine Comparison Chart For<strong><br></strong>Hix, Geo Knight, Stahls Hotronix, Maxx, Insta, Panther & More!</title>

  • Hi There, I hope all well and you are having an amazing day! This is a tricky one to answer without a bit more information, it does appear that we are pulling this H1 tag so if you can let us know where you are seeing this result we would be super happy to help. Thanks again for being super amazing and if you have any other questions in the meantime let me know. Have an amazing day and I look forward to speaking with you soon!

  • Do you have any caching on the site that may be preventing the update to be seen live? If you open the page in a browser, is the page title your new and updated title? If the answer is no, then I would look at any caching that may be holding your previous page elements rather than your new one.

  • Hello! Our devs are working on a way to allow unwanted page grades to be removed from campaigns and we hope to have a solution ready very soon. As for the URLs session Ids our crawler will follow links as they are linked from the source code of a referring page and javascript can add those parameters as our crawler cannot parse javascript links that well. With AJAX content like this, I know Google's full specifications: https://developers.google.com/webmasters/ajax-crawling/docs/specification indicate that the #! and ?escaped_fragment= technique works for their crawlers. However, Roger is a bit picky and isn't robust enough yet to use only the sitemap as the reference in this case. Luckily, one of our wonderful users came up with a solution using pushState() method. Click here: http://www.moz.com/blog/create-crawlable-link-friendly-ajax-websites-using-pushstate to find out how to create crawl-able content using pushState . This should help our crawler read AJAX content. Let me know if this information works for you!

  • In understand about dev time and trying to get things put into the priority list - its a real challenge in todays business especially for those in SEO as these days onsite factors help in ranking, its no longer all about links But I agree about images that would be good, if and when you ever do move to a new platform and want some people to test the it, let me know I am always willing to help out where possible.

  • You could also track the average position & the keywords in the Landing page report of GWT - as GWT only keeps data for the last two months - you could download the data on a regular basis and check if there is an impact (keywords used to get to the page / avg. position) As mentioned by Chris  - you can also use the Google Analytics Landing page report and check if there is an increase in organic traffic on the page and if other vital parameters (like bouncerate, time on page, pageviews/visit,...evolve in the right direction) rgds Dirk

  • Hello, Check your website with "Screaming Frog Spider", with it you will get all the info you need ( broken links, duplicated content etc... ). The problem may be already solved but google still has the "cached" version of your website which contains the errors Br //Oliver

  • Thank you all for coming back to me - since i posted this question it seems the results have now changed to something more accurate, maybe Moz was just a bit slow to update? I'll keep an eye on it. Thanks again to you all and apologies for the late reply I've been unwell.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot currently track local rankings in India. Right now, we're only covering the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. Sorry. As the others mentioned, we can, however, track general, non-localized rankings for India.

  • Hi, and welcome to Moz! The campaign at Moz helps you to identify what is going well and things you may want to do, but you're the one that needs to decide what to do and how to get the work done. If this wasn't what you were asking, a little more information to help clarify your question would be great. Thanks!

  • The # Root Domains Linking? That's a number, not a logarithmic scale.

  • ... unbelieveable. Thank you for the work-around, but right, not immediate results. So much has changed over the last couple years with SEO, but wouldn't you still want some idea as to the rank of a keyword... ? I'm wondering if searching the first 5 pages myself in Google would be any less mind-numbing?
