  • Another option is add a custom variable in Google Analytics and add the snippet to your pages: ga('send', 'pageview', { 'dimension1': dimension2 }); 'dimension1' is the variable which has been setup dimension2 is the passing variable i.e. 'Blog' Hope this also helps, the normal GA code will also need to be included, however this will segregate the blog traffic, but include the traffic in your overall view. It all depends on how you want to view the traffic on the sites. I also use this method to segregate product groups.

  • If you use SEMrush you can find out what queries their site appears in the SERPs and at what ranking.

  • Hi there. It's more of a technical problem, so rather than looking for an answer on a forum, please email to help@moz.com with explanation of your issue and account credentials - they'll look into it for you.

  • For the moment, yes, unless it's possible to reconfigure the SSL software. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience!

  • Hello! There are two parts of our on-page grader. The discover tab which grades keywords we find ranking in the top 50 automatically and Track & Discover where you can add the URL + Keyword combo we will automatically grade each week. You can set up a custom report to obtain a PDF update to email for the overview but not for individual reports. This is only available in a Moz Campaign. Hope this helps!

  • Oh good! I'm glad you were able to find the source! We actually use a set of dynamic IPs, so there's not a range that I'd be able to provide. I'm afraid the best things I could suggest would be to ask them to whitelist our user agents, dotbot and rogerbot.

  • Cheers for the heads up. To be fair it does make sense to have it as a seperate element, much like the knowledge graph panel which despite being in prime location is not really part of the serps. Cheers for this and will look forward to the new tweet serp feature coming soon.

  • Hey Dino! Since the domain is not actually www.locksmith.com or www.locksmiths.com, we will not recognize the keyword usage and the entire domain name counts as a single keyword. We do not recognize broad usage in the domain name as an exact match. So what we are looking for would be considered as exact match hyphenated domains. So something like www.seattle-locksmith.com would be two keywords in the domain. Hope this helps!

  • The issue is the link in the contact info - www.oorboo.com If you look in the source: www.oorbo.com => this is a relative link - so when you click on it the www.oorbo.com will be added to the current url. Make it absolute & the issue is solved: www.oorbo.com Dirk

  • Hi there! Generally speaking, it's much easier to block crawlers unilaterally than to allow just one specific crawler and no others onto your website. (It's also worth mentioning that if Rogerbot is the only crawler with access to your site, you risk falling off the radar on Google's index! Yikes!) Here's a great post about when, why and how to block crawlers from your site: http://searchenginewatch.com/sew/news/2067357/bye-bye-crawler-blocking-parasites I'm by no means an SEO expert, but that article pointed to http://www.robotstxt.org/ which looks like a great resource for learning more about web robots, when to block them, and how to do it. I hope they help!

  • Everyone, A very similar question was asked after this one and got a different answer from a different Mozer. See https://moz.com/community/q/oct-14-2015-mozscape-update-none-of-da-are-changed.  Check there for the latest update. Basically, " I just confirmed with our engineers the DA/PA is from the last index. There will be a post providing more details, hopefully very soon in the Q&A. "  That was ~3 hours ago - 5 pm EST 10/16/15.
