Where does link authority get passed to a stand alone landing page
Hi Neal All going well thank you, busy times as always! Yep, that's right, to avoid having a page (from a search engine's perspective) that is for search and not for all users (a hidden page), place a NoIndex on the page, or link to it from another 'normal' page so that it can be navigated to. The tag for a NoIndex would be: so answering your other question, with that Follow attribute the links to other pages within your site would be followed and any page authority shared, even though the page is tagged as NoIndex. All the best, Simon

Duplicate content for area listings
Think of it this want, if you are being done for duplicate content, then only one page will rank, haveing new-york or atlanta will not help as only one will be ranking. I like you one page per company solution much better.

Is there any delay between crawling a page by google and displaying of the ratings in rich snippet of the results in google?
yes of course you are right, but i'm looking for people who have experience with this delay and have any idea how long it usually takes to get the rich snippet displayed in the serp. And how Google determines which mark up's are displayed.

"Original Content" Dynamic Hurting SEO? -- Strategies for Differentiating Template Websites for a Nationwide Local Business Segment?
so since you're doing what are all the right things generally, then I'd recommend looking at what the inbound link quality/volume/diversity is for various sites you have compared to their individual market competitors. Beyond that it would need to be a case by case evaluation to better nail down issues/problems. On a final note, social's become a big signal and should be highly encouraged as well... (twitter engagement for example), though I know it's a challenge in that type of market.

Are there new updates in Google Panda? Please help review my website...
My sincerest recommendation is to sit down with the Beginner's Guide to SEO and read it while examining your site. It is a relatively short guide which is exceptionally helpful. When you are finished, run through your site again this time with Google's Guidelines. These steps will help your site's rankings improve.

Redirect on exact match domain to Brand domain question :)
Hi Activity Super, If there are no backlinks to the blacksocks.co.uk domain, and if the two domains are clearly both owned by you, then there is virtually zero benefit from 301 redirecting it. The only benefit that could come is from type in traffic, which is going to be negligible anyway. That said, redirecting one domain isn't going to do you any harm. However, be careful about redirecting domains that you own to other domains that you own in large quantities, as you risk a penalty. A small amount is okay, but not more than that. Thanks j

Image and Content Management
If your boss really feels there is a site which offers such protection, please share the URL. There are sites which may disable right-clicking but that only removes a single method of copying content.

How to fix issues regarding URL parameters?
No i dont think so, even if the thought they were duplicate, then they will pick one as the original. so one of them will rank. If you are still concerned use tha canonicall tag, rather them remove them from index

Expired Content
You are reviewing the correct options and it is up to you to determine which option should be chosen for any given page. If you have relevant or similar content on another page, the best option is to perform a 301 redirect to that page. For example if you have a page on "Christmas Deals" then in January you may wish to 301 redirect to your "After Christmas Deals" page. There is a strong likelihood that anyone who was interested in Christmas Deals would be interested in the new page. On the other hand, if you have a page on a specific topic which is no longer active and there is not another relevant page on your site, offer a 410 response code. This will allow search engines to update their records a bit faster. If you let the page 404, then the search engine will not be sure if the content is temporarily unavailable or not so your listing will be kept for longer. With either of the last approaches be sure your 404/410 page is helpful. It should contain your site's normal navigation along with a search function. Don't dump people on a page where they need to press the Back button on their browser.

Web site Migration from one server to another does cause any impact in SEO rankings?
There is normally not any negative impact. The items to consider are: how is the new server's speed? If a site loads too slowly it can be penalized. what other sites are hosted on the new server? If you are in a very bad neighborhood (i.e. porn sites, hacking sites, etc) it can impact your site. The only other assumptions are the site is configured correctly and the DNS change is made properly. Generally speaking, changing servers is a common practice which goes smoothly, although there have been some stories of rough moves. Good luck.

Need a trained eye to help with a quick search to see if there’s a poison pill buried somewhere on my site!
Hi Lowell. My main concern is your on-page presentation. The site seems a bit spammy to me. I recognize this site represents a lot of work on your end so I will share specific opportunities for improvement. I used the following page for analysis: http://www.shopforexhibits.com/displays/display-rentals The "Tradeshows" sidebar item seems fine. It is located at the top, offers images and I can see it being helpful to users. The "Recent Blogs" sidebar block is lower on the page but may be helpful. The "Trade Show Definitions" and "Exhibit Systems" seem like two extra blocks of links stuffed on the page. The "Getting Started" block might be helpful, but at the bottom of the page it probably is not getting seen nor used. Try checking your Google Analytics to see if anyone is using these last three blocks. If not, I recommend you strongly consider removing them. Your footer also contains a lot of links, most of which are duplicated elsewhere on the page and are likely not used. Once again, check your GA to confirm these links are not being used and if so, remove them. They are not helping your users nor manage your PR flow to the more important pages of your site. For example "Banner Stands" is offered as a link in the "Tradeshows" block which is fine. But then it is offered in another sidebar block and again in the footer which seems excessive. Your page text is black but then your internal links in content are silver. Many people might have difficulty reading the text due to the contrast. Also I will point out internal links are great, but it seems way overused on your page. You have 4 extra links in content which link back to the same page which is being displayed. This offers no benefit to users. You are also linking to the same pages repeatedly in your content. The first time anchor text is helpful. It doesn't need to appear every time you repeat the phrase. Your LinkedIn page url ends in a number instead of your company name. I suggest you use your named URL. For example my company URL is http://www.linkedin.com/company/vitopian. The same idea with your YouTube account. Add trust badges to your site. Verisign, TRUSTe, BBB, etc would all be helpful. The above items are a start in the right direction. The goal is to treat each and every page on your site as a world-class web page worthy of a top ranking in Google. Presently I see a lot of quality issues with your site which can be improved. Good luck.

Not ranking as well in Yahoo/Bing as in Google. Why?
I don't know any resources that talk a lot about bing/yahoo. I've read that yahoo/bing are more biased towards having the keywords in the domain. I would do a bit of research on the url's that rank above you in the SERP's and look at things the higher ranking url's have in common.

How to let Search engines index login-first SNS sites?
hello Boson, I can help you with google. The thing you are looking for is: first click free. You let anyone to access the first page of your content when getting to your site from the serps but request them to log in for the second one. You can do this with a session id. In depth: http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/2008/10/first-click-free-for-web-search.html
