Google Indexing Wrong Title
Google states on their support page: _If we’ve detected that a particular result has [...] issues with its title, we may try to generate an improved title from anchors, on-page text, or other sources. However, sometimes even pages with well-formulated, concise, descriptive titles will end up with different titles in our search results to better indicate their relevance to the query. _ There’s a simple reason for this: the title tag as specified by a webmaster is limited to being static, fixed regardless of the query. Once we know the user’s query, we can often find alternative text from a page that better explains why that result is relevant. Using this alternative text as a title helps the user, and it also can help your site. Users are scanning for their query terms or other signs of relevance in the results, and a title that is tailored for the query can increase the chances that they will click through. What to do? Here's the answer: make your title mean something as a sentence or a phrase. List of keywords is not descriptive of what is on the page. Therefore Google will not use that. There are exceptions for e-commerce or product sites but that is the rule. If you want to highlight a certain keyword — simply place that at the start of the said phrase in the title. try to think as an user searching for your page when composing the above mentioned phrase. What do they desire? For more, please see my previous answer at http://moz.com/community/q/title-tag-issue-2

Duplicate Page content | What to do?
Hi Carly, It needs to be done to each of the pages. In most cases, this is just a minor change to a single page template. Someone might tell you that you can add an entry to robots.txt to solve the problem, but that won't remove them from the index. Looking at the links you provided, I'm not convinced you should deindex them all - as these are member profile pages which might have some value in terms of driving organic traffic and having unique content on them. That said I'm not party to how your site works, so this is just an observation. Hope that helps, George

Need help in understanding why my site does not rank well for our best content?
Your site is competing in a very highly competitive field. I did a check in Moz Keyword Difficulty on your example page's targeted keyword (nokia lumia 830 review) and that keyword is highly competitive. The Google India SERP for the keyword is dominated by high domain authority sites with high page authority pages.

Deleting hidden H6 headers
Hi there! I took a look at the source code for the page you provided and the hidden H6 headers you are referring to is a CSS class named 'H6' and not actually a proper H6 tag being used. The diagnosis must be picking them up and telling you that they are H6 header tags. Hope this clears things up

On page links
thanks and it helps. are you saying that those article links are beneficial and is considered a good strategy? I am handling a website with over 3 million pages, highly ranked and I am considering implementing the technolgy to add internal text links to my pages. I imagine a database that includes all keywords and links to their pages and having this system scan my pages and insert links. again any opinion will help.

Keyword in H1 is having negative correlation?
Hi Jason, I've had a look at the Search Metrics 'Ranking Factor Study' PDF and have looked at the relevant information. I believe the 'negative correlation' you mentioned refers to the fact that the H1 is now less important regarding the ranking and the SERP, according to their report. The H1 tag is roughly 55 - 60 characters, or 4 - 5 words as Moosa Hemani has said. I hope this has helped you understand what it means!

Sudden disappearance from google organic ranking
Have you claimed your site in Webmasters Tools? If so, do you have a manual penalty? You also have a LOT of duplicate content issues. Google could be choosing not to index your site because (not much) nothing is original. I pulled 10-15 sentences individually off your site and found so much duplication. I would suggest re-doing your whole homepage content while you sort out the link issues. Also, many inner pages need some re-work on content as well. I agree though, it looks like a link issue. 170+ referring domains with 1700 links in Ahrefs is usually a dead giveaway of 2007-2011 link building. Disavow, reconsideration request & you should be back in the index. Your site needs a LOT more proper SEO work to rank well but that's a start to get you back in the index.

What is TF-IDF
TF-IDF is a measure of how uncommon a term is against expectations inferred from a large dataset. In reference to a search engine like Google the large dataset is the Google Index. So if Google finds that a given keyword, let's say "non-alcoholic cocktail", is uncommon even in documents in which it does appear then it might be given a greater weighting in a page in which it appears. The same page which contains our example keyword, "non-alcoholic cocktail', might also contain another keyword, for example "cocktail", as many times as it contains our keyword and even in the same elements, headings and meta description. So you might expect that the 2 keywords would have equal importance in the eye of the search engine but due to TF-IDF this isn't necessarily true - "non-alcoholic cocktail" would be perceived as having higher importance due to its relative (to the greater dataset of the entire index) scarcity.

Content for the Home Page
As I realised, the major issue is what type of text content you could have on your video based website. Definitely have a brief description of what your website actually is all about. In that text you should include your keywords or synonyms, but not in a spammy way. You could have H2 for the categories of your videos. You could have H3 for the name of the video (which am guessing is changing every other day). Try to optimize the page with as much content as possible but make sure you have a proper structure!
