Use of
Hi, I am not sure but I would recommend it's use is to 'hide' pages from the robots, not really for anything else. It is used for exclude content from being crawled, you can add this tag manually to all pages that they don't want the index server to crawl, but why you add this tag on home page and content page do you don't want to crawl that pages??

How to fix these duplicate issue in wordpress
I recommend spot checking your website to see if these are indeed valid duplicate title and meta description tags. If they are not then you can let Google know that those issues are fixed through the console in Google Webmaster Tools. Please let me know if this helps.

Blog URL
There is always a risk your site might be hacked, but that risk is present for both open source and in-house software. For Wordpress in particular, it is best to make sure your installation is up-to-date with the latest release each time they provide an update. In fact, Google itself will provide a message in your Google Webmaster Tools if it notices your site is behind on releases. Are your designers/host in-house? If the risk is too great for them, perhaps they can serve your blog content from a different server. If your designers/host are not in-house, they may be telling you this because of their own limitations whatever they may be. My suggestion would be to ask for more information. Why is the risk high for your website? Can the blog content be hosted on a separate server to alleviate the concern?

My text does not show up in Google
Hi Ryan Thanks for your honest feedback. It's a good reality check and I completely agree with what you are saying. I guess I know the basic theory but fail to implement it. The SEOMoz beginners guide will be a good start...

Why is the seomoz showing it crawled 3 pages when i only have 2 pages?
Google won't see them as dupe content. You already have a canonical link in your header. rel="canonical" href="http://www.autoinsurancefremontca.com/" /> If you wanted to, you could change that to rel="canonical" href="http://www.autoinsurancefremontca.com/index.html" /> That would make everyone redirect to the html page itself. I don't think it's a big deal. I'm glad the above helped.

No index?
Hi, in my opinion you should 'no index' sites with high bounce rate compare to short time of visit (less than 10 sek). It's true or real bounce rate - visitor spent less than 10 sek on the one site and then left website. Also good idea is no index or even delete posts with 'heavy' content with long time of page load ... as I think flash galleries could be heavy. Page loading time (long) could also increase bounce rate. So you have a choice to have 600 posts or ... maybe 100 good posts ... good content vs average or poor content. Answer is simple Marek

Full Crawl, now what?
Hey Right, I kind of understand where you are coming from here but you have to realise that SEOMoz provides a suit of tools and reports but will not actually SEO the site for you. The full crawl and report is useful in that it will check the optimisation of your pages against your targeted search terms (so long as you entered them) and it will diagnose a raft of potential problems, errors and warnings so you can tackle these in a structured way. You ideally want to get to a point where you have no issues or errors reported in the tool (or none that are a problem) and that side of things will just tick over and alert you to any potential problems as you run and manage your site as time goes on. So, problem management aside you then have a bunch of other tools to help you research keywords, competition and link targets but again, these require some input for you to get the best from them. What you need is a plan. You need to start at the bottom, decide how you are going to attack this. Do your keyword research, optimise your pages, figure out your long term strategy to drive traffic, do you have a content marketing plan? What are you going to write, when is it going to go on the site, how will it be shared and promoted. How will you build links? Once you have a plan and some structure, you can start to track some variables and this is where the SEOMoz tool becomes really valuable. You can see what the competition is doing, see how your efforts are working (or not) and keep a high level eye on some low level stuff without endless analysis. Have you got a more general plan to move forward? What are your goals?

Why would I have a http status of no data?
Do you have the URLs or the HTTP-status code? Any HTTP server will always return a status code such as 404 (not found) or 401 (unauthorized) or 403 (forbidden). Provided that other pages display, it can very well be a permission issue or a rewrite problem.

Tag-URLs in Magento
If you're willing to do a little experimentation, all of these are good ideas. Best of luck.

Should I use bolded keywords for keywords in the content throughout the page?
Use if it truly is a point of emphasis in the context of the copy. Another reason not to do it has been mentioned in several recent posts.....It gives away the keywords you are trying to optimize to your competitors if you are too obvious.

Different page for each product colour?
That's really interesting. I strongly believe that one page for each variation of a product, whether it's color or size, worsens user experience. But I'm working against a near-religious devotion to having as many pages as possible on the site, based on the idea that more pages definitely means better SEO. Any tips for overcoming that?
