So as the title implies does building backlinks work in improving the rankings in Google? At the end of the day, Google is just a crawler who follow and classify links/ web pages. Links still matter, what has been changed is the way Google evaluate those links but still are one of the primaries sources to Google. But how about other backlinks that are of higher quality?
