Title Attribute Length + Use
I agree with chris. It's called a title tag for a reason. the best seo in my book is to use things for the purpose they were designed. By all means optimise but adding content to a title will only dilute your seo and waste your time.

Missing & Duplicate Meta Tags
Hi, Hmm, lets look into this a bit more :). For the sid and perhaps some of the other issues it appears you have content available on both the www and non www version of the site. This is usually the situation where the sid parameter get tagged onto the end in magento (open the non www version in a browser then click on the logo, there is your sid). Check out this post on why it happens and how to fix with htaccess. It seems that the www version is the one you are planning on using, is it possible you have set up your campaign as all subdomains? This might account for the issues being shown in the moz report (or else you might be linking to both different versions somewhere in the site like in an onsite banner for example). I would suggest seeing to that first, letting the moz crawl run again and then assessing. Chances are the duplicate content warnings will have been reduced and you can then concentrate on the remaining ones which may need to be addressed differently.

To disavow or Not to disavow is the question?
I don't know if removing bad links will work for me or not as I've only just completed the process. I now plan on using the disavow tool to remove the links I didn't get removed by my own efforts. The removeem.com tool did help me identify potentially harmful links. It's a tedious task so using a tool like Removeem over Site Explorer and manual removal requests was the way I chose to go.

SERP Drop
I dont like to comment on specific details because I simply don't know what works and what doesn't. The best thing you can do is look at what is ranking and do your own version of that. If it's currently ranking well (and has done for a long time) there is a very chance that google likes it. But bear in mind that sites with very high link juice and brand awareness can get away with stuff that your brand won't be able to. If it was penguin you won't get a links warning. If you have been hit by panda or penguin a reconsideration request wont help. I would totally redesign your homepage. I don't like looking at it at work, it feel almost like a porn site. Plus the there are nearly 70 h2 headers which feels spammy and there is very little content.

Duplicate Page Titles
These pages, which are search results pages, are often viewed by the search engines as thin pages - I would recommend adding the noindex tag to your search results pages, so that these pages won't dilute the index with thin, low quality pages that are yummy food for the algorithms. By adding the noindex tag, you'll be fine in terms of duplicate title tags. As an aside, you also have two versions of the meta description tag on the page - I would modify this so that for each page on your site you only provide one meta description. Mark

Missing Meta Descriptions on Blog Tag Pages
Hi James Takeshi is right on the money about noindexing them. Just wanted to add that with the Yoast SEO plugin, which you're using - you can easily do this under Titles/Meta. Click on the taxonomies tag and check of the "noindex" box. -Dan

Google Index Report
Oh if webmaster tools is showing 404's for those pages that is most likely why Google has removed them from the index. It's hard to dig in without accessing your tools but here's what I would do. Find out what urls are returning a 404. It could be an error in the sitemap due to a change in the website? Set up 301 redirects for these broken links to point where the content actually is.
