Did you scale your photo yourself before uploading, or let SEOmoz do it for you? My profile image is quite sharp, but I have it pre-scaled to different sizes (nicely, from Lightroom/Photoshop so the sharpening is nice) so I uploaded it at approximately the right size. Your's looks a bit blurry, but maybe you uploaded a really big image?
As for the screen - it depends what monitor people are using...
Just an idea. Either way - I still suggest we all stop worrying about it. 
I can't say I had noticed the profile images had particularly high compression. With the right images they seem quite detailed. I don't think you should worry too much about them.
A few questions:
Were the pages new pages? If so how long were they in the top 10 for? I'm wondering if Google was just taste-testing them to measure CTR etc.
What sort of content is on the pages? Has anything changed in terms of inbound links recently?
I gathered that, but I wondered why you don't just try to make your website as optimised as possible (within reason)?
However, I can understand why you want to keep an eye on them; good to know where you are in relation to them. I'll keep an eye on this question, as I'm interested.
From a crawler point of view, I don't believe there is any difference. However, MaryAnneG makes a good point about scrapers. The downside of absolute URLs is they are harder to maintain, especially if you move to a new domain or change the structure of your site.

Did you get this fixed, I get 200 response codes for the pages you mention, checking with http://web-sniffer.net/.
Otherwise, I'd suggest it is an issue in your .htaccess or server setup. Are you using any kind of caching on your PHP files?

I'm a bit confused what you are asking. All the pages on your site link to your homepage via the 'Home' link in the navigation bar.
Your homepage has 3 urls:
http://www.frs-solutions.com/content/home
http://www.frs-solutions.com/index.php
Richard's suggested link will help inform you about this, certainly something you should fix.
Furthermore, OSE shows you have many pages it has crawled with the following URL pattern:
http://www.frs-solutions.com/index.php/SOMETHING
Notice the / after index.php, the page it is serving is index.php for all these pages, but the URLs can be confusing to search engines and visitors. You should address this with rel=canonical or with 301 redirects.

Google/Bing etc. have very few problems recognising such characters in the Latin alphabet. It looks like you are mainly concerned with umlauts, which Google handles intelligently. For example...
Google will identify the difference between a search for "Küchen" (kitchens in German) and "Kuchen" (cake in German) and offer up relevant results. This is true in Google US and Google UK, not just localised Googles.
Search suggestions work just fine with these characters, and even with the standardised way of rewriting them when there is no accessible way to type them (for umlauts this is with an e following the letter). For example, in Google.de, type "Kue" and you will be given the suggestion "Küchen".
You are mainly concerned with brands, which muddies the waters a little because many people in English speaking markets won't bother/know how to type the umlauts. However, Google normally handles this well and recognises the intent.
I would recommend you ensure you consistent use the brand name with the foreign characters, as intended. Google/Bing and co. shouldn't have any problems. Which HTML encoding you use is by the by, in my opinion, as long as the characters are rendering correctly.

At $99, the monthly cost of the SEOmoz pro membership would be insanely cheap if it actually performed automated SEO.
However, if you are running a business that benefits from an easily discoverable website (almost any business!), and you've not yet performed any SEO then there is almost certainly going to be a very high ROI on doing so.
If your budget doesn't reach to hiring an SEO company, then you could consider learning the basics yourself. The book "The Art of SEO", combined with the tools on offer at SEOmoz could get you doing the basics yourself quite quickly, and if you stuck at it you could move on to the advanced stuff.
Otherwise, there are many great SEO companies out there, but be sure to do thorough homework before you go for it with anyone.

Of course, I agree with everyone else that you need to fix your robots.txt file.
However I'd also add the suggestion that you setup Google Webmaster Tools for your site. These will help inform you about crawl errors and your robots.txt file and might be helpful for you in future.
Also whilst having a quick look at your site I noticed some duplicate page title issues. Make sure you are tracking your site with SEOmoz's campaign tool. It will really help you find these types of issues.

It depends on the industry you are targeting, the quality of your link requests (personalised, relevant etc.), how many sites you are targeting and their status in the industry, what the other players are doing and probably lots of other things...
I would be really hesitant to put a number on it, because it is depending on all these things. However, if you are writing personalised requests to relevant sites, and are offering some value to those you are requesting links from, then I'd say 1 in every 2 or 3 is a good hit rate to aim for initially if you want a target.

What is your budget? Can you afford to have separate sites in the local languages, on local domains, or do you want to stick to English? That will inform how to proceed.
As for the LGBT community - I assume you mean the domestic community, not the LGBT communities in those countries? I'm sure some online LGBT websites/communities could be targets for mentioning your product, but I'd suggest you carefully analyse the potential ROI. I may be wrong but I am unsure the LGBT community are looking elsewhere to anyone else for lighting, and/or buying different lighting. Something I'd definitely look into before starting to invest time targeting them.
I think a few more details would help answer the question better.

Well, there are plenty of free SEO resources online, which you could also consider.
It depends whether you are an in-house SEO working for one company or if you are an SEO working with multiple clients, which I gather you are from mentioning client reports.
One tool, which I don't use, but did have a quick tinker with is Market Samurai, which offers a free trial:
Then it is a one off fee, and it provides a variety of features.
Does that look like the kind of thing you were looking for?
A few questions you should consider:
The old domain 301 redirects to the correct URL on the new domain, correct?
Is there a robots.txt present on the new domain? If so - has it been carefully checked?
Have you got Google Webmaster Tools setup for the domain? Have you checked all the settings carefully? What does it say about your Robots.txt and Sitemap? It should tell you about any crawl errors.
Is the old domain still indexed?
Are there any meta tags for index or follow settings?
These are places to start looking. GWT should be able to give you some clues. Let us know how you get on.

The benefits include:
having a shorter URL
moving keywords to earlier positions in the URL
making the pages appear not so deep in the site structure
Some people have said they don't want the date in the URL to devalue a post in a readers mind, where others have said it is useful information for a reader to know the date of a post.
As with most things SEO, it is a case of 'it depends'.
I would add that the 301 redirects shouldn't take too long to sort out and test, and so don't let that weigh too heavily into your decision; decide what you think is the best decision from the SEO point of view and then worry about if that means you need to do 301 redirects,

kind of guy, but it can differ depending on circumstances.
It is important to decide on a convention, then stick to it, and make sure you are serving each post via only a single URL. If you've not checked out 'All in one SEO pack' for Wordpress then certainly take a look at that.
