Linkbait Ideas
Directories and forum posts as easy backlinks are being devalued more and more by google, so there often isn't a lot of SEO value for these links. Just have a look at this video on searchenginewatch: http://searchenginewatch.com/article/2326161/Matt-Cutts-Using-Article-Directories-for-Links-Just-No But that's not to say that forums and directories don't have their place in a natural link profile, but you want to select decent directories and forums based on whether or not they will send the traffic you want to your site. For example, directories called things like "seobacklinkdirectory" or "freeseolinks" that promise followed indexed backlinks probably aren't being used by humans to find websites, but by SEOs wanting free back links. These sorts of links are not going to benefit your business or your site. But a nice niche directory where your audience will search for businesses like yours could add value, and maybe lead to some conversions. The same applies for forum posting - if you're adding value with your comments and subtly linking back to your site every now and again, you'll drive relevant traffic to your site which has the potential to convert. If you're dropping 100 links into a different forum each day before they ban you, you're probably not going to see any benefit.

H1 tag question
Well, the H1 is 'normally' towards the top of the page, but as there is an image towards the top, there is no reason why not. Just try and keep to H1 then H2, etc., and keep it ordered. That said, its not as much of an issue these days as it once was - Google has bigger factors that help with ranking. -Andy

Way of including Keyword into content
Howdy! Not necessarily.....I think having competitive keywords means you will have to work a little harder (and smarter) to rank better. Try shortening your keyword phrases....Luxury villas, Large villas, Villas for rent, 7 bedroom villas, etc...All of which could be placed in the content area. I'm sort of new to SEO but in my studies you want keyword rich content. However not to the point that you make it unreadable. Keep the user in mind! Place the keyword you want to rank for in the H1 tag, try putting it in alt tags for images, and in bold at least once. Also I would place your brand name (company name) near the keyword as well so people start associating your company with those keywords. Your title tag could say something like this: Large luxury Villas with 7 bedrooms - Name of Company | Barbados Large luxury Villas with 7 bedrooms - Barbados | Name of Company Just remember to keep that 70 character limit in mind, and that Google usually uses the title tag as the display link in the organic search results!

Keyword Research Help
I take a - to mean zilch...at least not enough to show up on Googles radar. If the results are low you'll typically get a "less than" sign with the number 10. Remember you can specify when entering the keywords if you want broad, phrase or exact match results. I much prefer the old keyword tool that suggested keyword ideas with the match type already showing. It's like Google decided to curb how much free stuff they give us and are shoving us in the direction of PPC.
