I beleive editing the .HTAccess file will possibly resolve this issue.
You need to push users via a redirect like the below if on an apache server. Hope this helps.

According to Barry Schwartz over at SEO Roundtable, he has had it confirmed that Penguin rolled out on Sunday Afternoon... official announcement is due to be today.

Go to your accounts HOME dashboard/page (click the home link in the main menu as opposed the the sidebar menu link saying dashboard.), which shows all your accounts in Moz.

To the right you will see a blue button saying Add Campaign.... BELOW is is the manage campaign link. Click this and it will allow you to archive and/or delete an account. I would recommend archiving.

I don't believe that twitter images work this way. When you share or add an image to a tweet, the image I believe is uploaded to twitters CDN, thus once it is out, there is no way of updating it. Unless you choose to delete the old out of date tweets.

Could you simply not put in a disclaimer *all promotions and information correct at time of publishing etc

You can get a bit from www.semrush.com, but you are limited a bit with the free version to a number of sessions per day.

In my experience the smaller niche directories are a little different to those that are very large, generic and spammy which any Tom, Dick and Harry can feature on. As it focuses a bit more on the manufacturing industry It will most likely be ok and in essence actually probabaly provide a bit of a benefit due to its relevancy.

If it is a paid for directory the links should really be no followed to avoid any penalties, I would also try not to use directories for link value but more for brand awareness and driving relevant traffic.

It is the aforementioned larger none niche specific directories I would certainly steer well clear of.

Have you also canonicalised the page in question so that Google only determines that the parent page is the main source. it may help.

How long ago did you make the changes, it sometimes takes a little time for the meta data to be recrawled, resubmitted and indexed, I often don't see a change for a few days. I am going to presume if the meta was automated you are using a CMS of some sorts. Might be an idea to check your installation and settings to make sure you have cleared and reset them, upgraded them and also possibly reset your cache.

Google sometimes reallocates meta description to something that is more appropriate, but I have not seen it in titles.

I would imagine someone will probably have a better answer. But you can at least tick these of the list on the way to your solution.

I think this depends on your budgets, if you have the money then like hemblem5 said, companies like Distilled are a possible place to look into, however if you are running on a shoe string or have the ability to do it internally, I would suggest performing the out reach yourself, after all you know your own market better than many companies on the oustside who may claim they can get you lots of "great authority" links.

By Performing the out reach and link building yourself you will be able to regulate the speed at which you build up your new links (slow and steady) and also with additional research have better insight into the kind of relevant good quality content sites you wish to approach and be associated with.

I agree, that it shouldn't really hurt from a content perspective providing existing elements remain in place, but make sure you consider that by adding a barrier to the downloadable files, this could lead to a higher bounce rate for the page.

Bounce rate I believe has been considered as having a potential part to play in the algorithms for a while now. As such monitor what affect the changes have and you can always look to roll back should you see any signs of a drop taking place.

Again as per MoosaHemani and Lynnp, Google's algorthims will often choose a string of characters from within the sites content that is deemed suitable for the page, normally the first descriptive paragraph. This will remain in place until you set up your meta descriptions correctly.

Sometimes you may also find that the Yahoo/Bing network also do the same.

Have you got anyone performing any monitoring on your site?

I have found this .htaccess solution on Shortstack - it may solve the issue, but you will have to check as I have as yet not had the chance.

It is normal for Google to optimise there own serps to deliver the most relevant pages, as such your "what is voltage optimisation" is clearly deemed the more relevant for users searching. From my experience the home page tends to be displayed mainly when surrounding branded search.

Hmmmm, I think it could slightly affect the internal linking structure and possible mean the loss of important pages being linked together.

However my main concern would be to regular users from a UX perspective. You are clearly going to be making people work a lot harder to find regular content that is possbly the bread and butter traffic for the site. Rather than changing the menu, would it not be better to implement a "New Item" in the menu structure rather than changing it all. Or have a feature banner.

As with the previous comments, I would of suggested sticking with Kawasaki.com as it is already a world reknowned brand. However I can see that kawasakirobotics.com is already a live entity.

If you are going to stick with the two domain names, make sure that you point a couple of links back from the brand name to pass a little authority. Then maybe work on getting the robotics brand out there with a bit of a link building campaign to other releveant robotic and manufacturing based websites.

I think Amelia's comment could hit the nail on the head... and I have to agree after taking a look at your twitter account. It is a tad repetitive. It might be worth hand picking the best and most valuable articles to tweet about rather than everything.

Have you considered performing a survey to see what people would like to hear about?

Personally, I think you are probably correct in the fact that you could be seen to be damaging your social reputation as so many tweets could be considered spammy.

The problem is you will be constantly flooding your followers twitter accounts with simply too many automated tweets, I would seriously recommend slowing it down and tweeting only a few key times a day with relevant content that people will want to retweet, favourite or comment on,

Also and this is only from my stand point, try and interact with people rather than being a  blank faced corporate tweeting entity, this will most likely help you to become real and in that case hopefully attract more followers.

EDIT : As such it is not necessarily Hootsuite that is the issue.... Maybe just schedule in the odd tweet a couple of times a day.
