Can you provide one example of each? The answer at this point is: It depends on what the order page looks like. My gut instinct is that the best solution will be "something else". But it would help to see the pages so we can assess the value and uniqueness of each (i.e. are they both worthy of being in the SERPs; do visitors need to see them both; are they both 100% unique, etc...).

I looked at some of your main keywords. Looks like they are back to decent ranking. So did you fix the issue already? If so, can you share what you did? I had a similar issue around the same date with my site. Ranking has not been returned yet. Bing have made it clear that they will not index all pages, it is their policy to index only the best pages. you can use BWMT to put urls directly into the index, Bing will give anny page a trial, but may boot it out again if not deemed usefull.

Maybe its a sample. but what i would do,is look at the souce code. there is a huge amount of script and menu content that could posible be removed. you content is almost at the bottom of the page. it looks like about 2% of the page. get rid of the scripts into external files, get rid of the menus and try to get original content up to higher %

Do you have any server logs? Those can give you the information you need. Google Webmaster Tools keep errors from a couple of year back. At least the ones not yet fixed. It might be that you are also lworking on the internal link structure, improving the crawling and you might have recently submitted a more up to date sitemap, which surfaced old errors. How do you currently track the errors?

Hi John.  I've seen some websites that use a simple box that is "lightboxed" on top of the content.  When you click Yes, the lightbox appears and the content is shown as normal.  To a search engine, this would look like a perfectly normal website. However, if your "click yes or click no" refers the end-user to another page ONLY AFTER they click yes, then this would be a huge issue with search engines. I'd recommend using the "User Agent Switcher" in Firefox to view your site as a Googlebot.  This should tell you whether or not it's seeing the entire site or just a portion of your site: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/user-agent-switcher/
