I usually try to avoid keyword stuffing in titles, but it can be effective for improving rankings. I would test several variations of your title and see which ones help drive the most traffic. It's a simple thing to change, so should be an easy test.

That's very frustrating! I've never had a problem with HMA specifically, but that script usually works.

You may want to try searching for things like "break out of frame proxy" or "break out of frame php" to see if anyone out there has come up with a better solution.

I believe SEOMoz is updated around once every two weeks. Google is constantly crawling sites on the web, and the frequency depends on your PageRank, how many links are pointing to your site, and how often your site is updated.

I have used both BrightEdge and Conductor, and both are overpriced for what they provide, IMO. If you're a big brand they might make sense, but for a smaller company I would not recommend them.

One service I would recommend is LinkDex. They offer a lot of features in terms of rank tracking and competitor analysis, as well as tools aimed at identifying authors and influencers in your niche that are great for content marketing and outreach:

I tend to focus my time & effort more on the links that we can obtain, rather than trying to analyze the value of a link a competitor has. It's impossible to tell whether hidden links or other black hat tactics are propping up a competitor's ranking, but historically speaking, sites like that eventually get penalized (even if it takes Google a few months or years to wise up).

I look at competitor backlinks sometimes to see if there are any tactics they are using that might be useful for my own sites, or other link opportunities, but aside from the occasional competitor analysis, it's a better use of my time to develop new link building campaigns for our site.

A page does not have to contain semantic markup to display rich snippets. Semantic markup will help Google determine what your page is about, but if Google can determine what your content is about without semantic markup, it will display rich snippets if they feel it will be useful for searchers.

The canonical tag should take care of the duplicate content issue. When you do a site: search of your site on Google are multiple versions of the same content showing up? If not, then the canonicals are doing their job. It could just be the case that SEOMoz's crawler just hasn't re-crawled your site yet (it can take a few weeks).

I agree with Irving.  By creating 4 different sites, you quadruple the amount of link building you need to do and lose out on your established domain authority.

It would be better from an SEO perspective to run with subdirectories (domain.com/product) rather than subdomains (product.domain.com).  You can still create a unique looking site for each subdirectory, you can even have them look completely different from each other with different navigation, and the homepage would just have links to the 4 different sections of your site.

With subdirectories, you can still create 4 distinct sites with their own branding & navigation, but you still benefit from the site's overall domain authority.

Don't see how it would impact rankings one way or the other... the amount of traffic a website gets isn't a ranking factor.

It does sound like a shady service though. People use services like these to increase the views on their ads (CPM) to defraud their advertisers or increase the view count of YouTube videos which can impact YouTube SEO.

Maybe Google sees them as suspicious because they are international sites and also use keyword rich anchor text across hundreds of pages. They stand out more to me than your internal links. It may be worth it to contact them and get the links changed to your brand name.

The 410 error isn't generated until the page is loaded. The code in htaccess will redirect the crawler to the new page before it has a chance to load the old one.

It's just like if you have a page that doesn't exist, that generates a 404 error. By adding a redirect in the htaccess file, you can point crawlers & visitors to a new URL and not generate a 404.

What type of semantic markup are you planning on using?  Here is the code for if you're using schema.org:

A good alternative plugin is All-In-One-SEO. That should take care of most the SEO issues with Wordpress.

I would space it out to one every couple weeks, that way if that change has any sort of negative impact you can isolate the cause and reverse the decision.

Putting your keywords in a different order will be seen as unique titles by Google. Word order matters a lot and can completely change the meaning of your title.

Are you trying to 301 redirect a sitemap? A sitemap is just guide to help search engines crawl your site. If you feel a sitemap is no longer necessary, just remove it. No need to 301 it or anything.

I would take a look at some gigs on Fiverr. You won't be able to customize the intros/outros too much, but you can get something decent looking for five bucks. I've used them before for video projects, and was satisfied with the results. Just look for examples of work, and find something you like.

Another option I've tried before is Elance.com. You can get a greater degree of customization there, and the price is still affordable. Again, look through portfolios and find something that matches what you're looking for.

Those are the 2 sites I would recommend for video and other creative work on a budget.

Is the non-www version redirecting to www? If not, you should configure your htaccess file so that it redirects. Then you can see if the not found errors persist.

You are definitely missing out on image traffic by not hosting your own images. Plus, hotlinking is poor netiquette since you are using someone else's bandwidth without their permission. If the images are copyrighted, then you could be hit by DMCA requests which can negatively impact your SEO.
