the best way to judge this is just search in Google and you will see different website in top 10 position for these terms, which tells me yes they are two different terms and google wait them differently...

i have almost three week now and some of my keywords still not showing any ranking under ranking tab instead they are showing the day next crawl is due. Any suggestions
