Creating a new website, but I'd like to control it under a different domain.
Not sure what exactly outcome you want to have. But I think whatever benefit you will get, won't last long. If the Website B has a higher DA you are likely get a better benefit from a subdomain. The redirection benefit will flow to website B since it is ultimate destination. But it has higher DA anyway so you are not getting benefit to website A

301 from one domain to another. Possible?
Hi Patrick, Of course - So, some of the academics within our institution are setting up a project involving numerous external partners and stakeholders. The business won't have a fixed location (that I'm aware of), and was going to be a science/research based website. This project was going to have its own URL and website but they would've liked it controlled within our domain so that: A) It's easier to update B) It'll benefit from a higher DA The H1 of the page would obviously be called what the URL would've been, but I'm not sure whether this would be viewed as underhand by search engines - although, from my research, I haven't seen anything to suggest such a thing. What do you think? Cheers, Rhys

Google's knowledge graph carousel
Hi Patrick, Thanks so much for your feedback. I've managed to edit images on the business snippet, just not on the carousel, which is maddening! Definitely going to have to look into the Schema Markup - does this only provide an image for the snippet, or for the carousel as well? Cheers again
