Took a quick look at your site... you are not on the first page of Google because you have not earned it. If you want to earn it, write some real content about the subject. What is it?  Who cares?  Why is it important? Now go deeper on all of those.  Start writing a library about this.  Having it sprinkled in the titles of a few articles and in the title tag of your homepage doesn't earn anything. #1 positions, even #10 positions are earned by becoming the global school for something. If this is where you want to be seen, then when a visitor lands on the homepage  of your site they will realize that they have arrived at the right place.

Thanks for the fast response Streamline Metrics. We have to used the Hosting site's Cpanel Parked Domain module to redirect to the correct domain. Is this safe to do? Will google consider this as safe 301 redirect? thanks

Excellent analysis! #6 and #7 are the big ones. Make sure your site is seen as relevant and get links from other relevant sites. In GWT > Optimization > Content Keywords - this table will give you a gist of the kind of keywords on your site. If its not what you were expecting to see, you need to change your content.

It's hard to say without looking at the URLs. You can either PM or post here so that you can have more concrete answer to this problem. If both sites are needed for users, only one of them should be served to the BOTS, so decide the one you need indexed in the Search Engines and then you can do a cross domain canonical from one website to another if that makes sense. I hope this helps. I can clarify further based on the URLs current situation.

Thanks for your help Casey! The situation is this. There are 2 domains using the same exact ciontent on every page. But one site is NOT using the same IP. Its using an iframe to put the whole website within it. But  basically both sites are using same exact content but have totallydifferent IP. This is a No No correct? I need to make both of them to point to  same IP? thanks

Thank you very much Ade! Thats very helpful. I will check out that website and see if this helps our website. We do see there was alot of complaints about duplicate content.
