Number of indexed pages dropped dramatically
It is unlikely that having links from MyBlogGuest would cause a drop in indexed pages like that. Where are you seeing this drop in indexed pages? Is it being reported in Moz or Google Webmaster tools? Also, do you have Google Analytics set up for your site to check other metrics? A large drop in indexed pages does not necessarily mean something wrong (canonical tags, cleaning up duplicate content, reporting errors, noindex tags, etc. can all cause a drop in indexed pages).

Unnatural links to your site—impacts links
Hi, I had this kind of penalties in a client website. I knew most of the bad links were targeting the homepage + some brand-dedicated pages. Those were the pages that had the big drop in traffic. We worked hard to remove the bad links, and after 3 months or so, we got this penalty lifted. Now we are regaining rankings progressively and our penalized landing pages are climbing in traffic. So what you have to do is simply remove the bad links, use the disavow tool and send a reconsideration request to G (this is a manual penalty). Hope it helps !

Looking For SEO expert
Outside of what I said above, I really couldn't mention anyone here I'm afraid. That would be a little awkward to state one name over another. -Andy

Learn more.----------------------------------------------------------------then there is a button for "Request A Review"1- How do I know when did I received this message (there is no email from Google) ?2- How can I fined out what links they are talking about ?3- Is that the main reason that my ranking is dropping ?Thank youSina

Dublicated content
As billy said Copyscape is a great option but you can also take sections of the text put it in Google see what comes up. If you can't trust your copy writer they may not be for you then. You can always ask to see previous work when getting some one new and look to see if its also duplicated etc.

Ranking after switching to Wordpress
Can I ask why you chose to change the URLs? If everything else is still the same, I'd image that you should see your results come back. I'm sure you had a process in place for handling changing all of the internal links? I wonder about this since you have so many pages and now the URLs are different.
