How low is too low for choosing to use a key phrase for one of your articles, website pages, etc. I see some with 100 local and global searches. Is this too low to really be spending the time working on this key phrase?

They have no local or global results in the analyzer. Just shows the difficult level. How do I choose what one to do, or are they simply not really worth my time?

I am like Alan, DIY SEO guy. I am not a pro, but I want to master the SEO stuff and who knows maybe one of these days leave my career as realtor to be an SEO pro like you all. So, I should blog to drive targeted audience to my site(s) via blogging.  Then point most of the links back to the index. Once in awhile mix it up and sprinkle a few on my important pages. I am a realtor, so I have subjects like cities, subdivisions, foreclosures, listings, regular sellers, etc, etc, so it is fine to talk about all of these unique topics and point them to the for example www.azbestlistings.com and google will do what google does to get my other pages to the top? Excuse the site, as I have it being complete redone to look more user friendly to the eyes.

So instead of just having my sitemap page I should have all of my links in the footer?

I asked a different question, which this one might over lap. Say your website has 100 pages, and you blog on different sites for back linking- should you do an article per page to keep the back linking to each page fresh? So for a person like me this would take me 100 days to recycle around. Just trying to figure out the best way to do back linking.

What is more important to to create a strong PA or a Strong DA? I do not do a ton of back linking to my index page. I focus more on my focus page I am working on. I watch a SEOMOZ video and I took that DA is the most important as he only did back links to his index if I understood right.

When I do this search I see it is other sites pointing back to me, so I confused.

I have no control on this part. It comes with the search stuff. I would love to have it stripped down.

Nope. I made the small changes the system said to do.

I looked, and the background is white and the IDX is blue.  I have no control on that.

Yes, I checked that and I did it on other computers at other locations.

I used the grading feature. I did not change the url.

2. add in some

tags of the key phrase

3. Removed some of the internal links trying to get down to what seomoz wants- still shy

4. cleaned up my meta decription

5. Removed one of my search widgets from the right column of the page

I think that is it.
