I had a similar problem at one of the client's websites. You must remove the second title from the page because Google is confused about which title is correct. It is possible that the first titles are dynamically generated by the script and they are being overwritten by the second titles or vice versa. By the way, this "%20" means space in a programming language.

Try to update your home page by adding additional content to it or rewriting the existing content on the home page. Do not forget to reindex the home page after your update. In addition, you should install the Rank Math SEO plugin and regenerate the sitemap. Once, you have a new sitemap then you should resubmit the sitemap to GSC. You should only keep the URLs in the sitemap, but no images. If you want to remove some of your pages from the index you should set those pages to 410 Gone instead of 404 status. Also, I do not see that you have a link to your sitemap on your home page. You should add a link to the sitemap into your footer.

There are many factors that Google uses to index backlinks.  Some backlinks can get indexed within hours, while for others backlinks it can take months. Here is a great guide on how the search engines work.

I do not think there is a correlation between GMBs and losing ranking. In addition, you can check GMB's analytics to see if the impressions are going down.

You can use an FAQ generator if you are not a technical person. However, I do not think that internal linking to other FAQs will work. Yes, just add FAQ Schema Mark up to your existing content and to your new content pages. It is ok to have many FAQs on your website.

I do not think that you can get any SEO value from that environment since you will block it from web crawlers. I think if you put that environment on the subdomain it will be easier to deindex the whole thing.

That's a great question. I assume you are not planning to rank your product environment for any keywords, so id does not really matter. You should look at this environment more from the dev perspective. How easy it will be to manage that environment for devs if it going to be on the subdomain versus folder? Also, are you planning to index any pages from login.website.com?

I have a similar problem with my title tag. Google appended ":" to my title, but I do not even have that sign in my title. I do not have any schema markup on that site at all, so I do not think it has something to do with Schema Mark-Up. I tried to reindex and change the title, of that page but ":" does not go anywhere.  Btw when you have rebranded the website? It is possible that Google needs more time to update the databases.

4% search traffic from Yahoo Search Engine is quite normal. If I were you I would get a regular citation audit service on that business to make sure that all profile images are consistent and have the same NAP( name, address, and phone number. I used a Loganix to do that, but Moz or WhiteSpark might work as well.
