Thanks Dirk. I know this is a strange situation. Good article too.

Looking to remove SSL because it is causing very slow website download speeds. Does WP have a plugin that redirects SSL urls to non SSL urls?
After some extended debate with our web development team we are considering dropping the SSL from our website because it is adding almost 2 additional seconds to our download speeds. We know there is a SEO boost from having a SSL but we believe the extended download speeds maybe outweighing the benefit.
However we are concerned about the SEO implications of having no method possible of redirect SSL to non SSL webpages.
Does anybody know of a Wordpress Plugin that can force redirect SSL urls to non SSL urls?

Recommended hosting companies for best TTFB?
Right now my client has a wordpress website with over 300 pages (mostly blog posts). Their average TTFB (time to first byte) is 3017 ms. They have a SSL and their current hosting company is Site 5.
Does anybody have any recommendations for a better hosting company? We are willing to up the budget for better performance.

What is the best way to correct 403 access denied errors?
One of the domains I manage is seeing a growing number of 403 errors. For SEO purposes would it be ideal to just 301 redirect them? I am plenty familiar with 404 error issues, but not 403s.

RE: Can you do strict CPC advertising on Facebook?
Thanks Ryan
However one of my colleagues had this feedback:
This is Interesting. So Ryan says no charge for display as long as you're under the pay-per-click program. That seems contradicted by what Paul found on FB itself, below. See my yellow highlight. My interpretation is that Facebook is cloaking the fact that they don't really have PPC-only advertising.
You have to pay something for your ads to appear, even if you get no clicks. If you do get clicks, FB says you won't pay more than your maximum bid, which is their definition of "optimizing for clicks."
However, the phrase "our system will only charge you the minimum amount required to win that placement..." says to me you pay regardless for your simply to exist on Facebook. I say this due to the most deceptive phrase of all, "required to win that placement." What else can this mean other the advertiser pays even with no clicks? This is what FB means when it says "you'll only be charged for the number of clicks or the number of impressions." You don't really get to choose.
Any other new thoughts?
How am I charged when I pay for ads?
The pricing of Facebook ads is based on an auction system where ads compete for impressions based on bid and performance. When you run your ad, you'll only be charged for the number of clicks or the number of impressions your ad received.
You can estimate the cost before you create your ad by looking at what we recommend you bid for each click(CPC) or thousand impressions (CPM).
To estimate the cost of your ad for clicks or impressions before you create it:
- Go to ad creation
- Go through the steps to create an ad and select Show Advanced Options for what you would like to do with your ad
- In the Campaign Pricing section under Bidding, select Optimize for clicks or Optimize for impressions
- The bid estimator will appear and show you the range of bids that are currently winning the auction among ads similar to yours
Based on this estimate, you can determine how much you wish to spend per click or per thousand impressions. You can multiply that number by the number of clicks or thousand impressions you wish to receive each day to determine your approximate daily budget. The amount that you're charged each day will never exceed the daily budget that you set.
If you run your ad, our system will only charge you the minimum amount required to win that placement, which may be less than your maximum bid. Because we lower the cost on your behalf, we recommend that you enter your true maximum bid when creating an ad. This will increase the likelihood that don't miss out on the clicks or impressions that you otherwise could have received as the required bid fluctuates.
Below are the four options for bidding plus a bunch of options to price it out (in this instance, we'd be driving traffic to our website). I think this is a good article that discusses, in part, the changes to the Facebook advertising platform last year.

Can you do strict CPC advertising on Facebook?
There has been some debate amongst my colleagues that Facebook obscures it's advertising spend options. This for setting up ads to go directly to a website.
I understand that Facebook offers both CPM & PPC https://www.facebook.com/help/125430440869478. However lets say that an advertiser hypothetical sets up a campaign and for some reason the ad receives absolutely no clicks (but some impressions). Will the advertiser still be charged?

Trying to find a WP application (that does not require a FB application) that synchronizes website blog posts with a company facebook page
I'm not a developer and it's been about 5 years since I helped a client synchronize their wordpress blog posts with their FB page. I remember it being much simpler to do this in the past. However recently I'm noticing that all of the WP auto post applications require a Facebook application to get the synchronization to function properly.
Is there any WP plugin available that does not require this? Something that just requires FB keys? -
Does anybody know of a reliable website phone call lead tracking service that integrates with Google Analytics?
We are trying to get more detailed data about where direct website phone calls are coming from (not just Adwords call extensions). We know there are a few services available that do this. However are there any recommendations for a reliable one? We would like to show our clients Google Analytics conversion metrics that shows incoming phone calls from different campaigns.

How bad are 403 errors compared to 404s in regards to technical SEO?
Google Webmaster Tools reports "Access Denied" 403 errors. They also provide an explanation of what they mean at https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/2409441?ctx=MCE&ctx=AD&hl=en.
What are the implications of these Access Denied errors? Should they be 301 redirected internally?

Moving my photography business to another state. Is it possible to transfer Google My Business listing WITHOUT losing my Google Reviews?
A friend of mine is transitioning her photography business to another state. She moved about 5 years ago and consequently lost all of her Google+/Yelp reviews. Having reviews as a photographer is EXTREMELY important for her business reputation. She doesn't want this to happen again.
Is it possible to change the location of a Google my Business page and keep the existing reviews?
Thanks

Facebook is now only allowing owners of FB pages (not admins) to create keys for a WP blog post syndication. Is there a way around this?
I hired a contractor to configure a WP plugin to syndicate FB, G+, Twitter and standard WP posts. He is using NextScripts: Social Networks Auto-Poster. He came back to me saying that FB is now only allowing direct owners (not admins) of FB pages to create keys. This means I have to give my client's personal FB access to a third party contractor.
I'm not comfortable asking my client to do this. Does anybody know of a way around this? Is there a way to create a FB key with just admin access?
Thanks

Does having redirects in a Adwords text ad destination URL hurt quality scores?
I recently noticed that one of my clients had several redirects in their Adwords text ad destination URLs. I updated the destination URLS to land on the final location (thereby losing all the text ad history). However I'm wondering if this could have any impact on the text ad quality scores (none of them were disapproved).

Our client's web property recently switched over to secure pages (https) however there non secure pages (http) are still being indexed in Google. Should we request in GWMT to have the non secure pages deindexed?
Our client recently switched over to https via new SSL. They have also implemented rel canonicals for most of their internal webpages (that point to the https). However many of their non secure webpages are still being indexed by Google. We have access to their GWMT for both the secure and non secure pages.
Should we just let Google figure out what to do with the non secure pages? We would like to setup 301 redirects from the old non secure pages to the new secure pages, but were not sure if this is going to happen. We thought about requesting in GWMT for Google to remove the non secure pages. However we felt this was pretty drastic.Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

Is a .tv domain good for video optimization?
Does anybody know of any information or resources that point out .tv domains are helpful for video optimization? Thanks.

Client wants a seperate .tv domain for their media/videos instead of a subdomain/subfolder. What is the best way to pass of link equity to a new domain?
We have a client that wants to place their video content on a .tv tld instead of a subfolder/subdomain in their .com website. They believe that the .tv domain will better represent the media experience of their business. We can understand this client's position however we are concerned about their .tv domain will lose out on the link equity if it were no longer placed in the .com's subdomain/subfolder.
Here are our questions:
1. What would be the best way to pass of link equity from .com website to a new .tv domain? Should we just have a video link on the .com website that 301 directs to the new .tv domain?
2. Is there any SEO benefit of having a .tv domain for Google Video queries or even Youtube?
3. Is there any long term value of having two different websites? For link equity purposes we understand that it would be better if everything was in a .com. However is a .tv domain ideal for a better representation of their media content?
We appreciate any feedback.
