Often the questions we get are ones that other users are able to answer before a help desk employee can get to them, and this way several people can see the answer as well. There are sometimes downsides, such as right now when there's an individual problem that needs direct attention by the help desk. However, often the question is more like "how do I unarchive a campaign" and the question will get an answer in minutes, even at 2 in the morning Seattle time, because another user is online and able to answer.
