What are the best social media measurement/ management tools to use (that measure metrics and conversation volume & conversation sentiment)?
I wish Followerwonk had the option to add Facebook and Linked in. For those of you who have used Hootsuite, is it easy to manage all of your social media accounts?

Best keyword research software / approach for blogging?
I use Long Tail Pro for keyword research. You enter in 5 keywords and it uses the Google AdWords Keyword Tool to generate literally thousands of related keyword phrases which you can filter and analyze by search volume and organic competitiveness. Click on a keyword phrase and you get an in-depth analysis of the top 10 organic competitors so you can determine how easy or difficult it would be to make it on the first page of Google. It's by far my favorite keyword research tool, especially for finding great long tail phrases to target with blog posts.

Suggestions for Maximizing Online Reach & Exposure?
Hi Rochelle, The best way to achieve maximum exposure is with a good game plan and hopefully a team (if accessible). Before creating the content make sure it is something people in that niche can benefit from or at least get entertained from. Once you have the idea ask some of the industry leaders if they would be interested in adding a quote or what they think about this content (try to get them involved). Once you have some others in the industry interested in your content they will be more likely to share it (especially if their quote is included within the article). Social media exposure is not about crating an article and sharing it to your users. Social media is about networking with industry specialists or simply other influencers, they are the key to your success. Build it and they will come doe's not work... Research, Planing, Networking, Creating Unique Content, and Proper Distribution is Key. After the article goes live keep track of how it spreads (perhaps their will be more networking opportunities from these sources). I found a similar question for Onlywire on SEOmoz: http://www.seomoz.org/q/opinions-of-onlywire-mlm-triberr-tribe-pro In my own experience you can also use sites like: Scoop.it (free or paid) or Hootsuite.com (free or paid) to share your content Hope this helps.

Has anyone ever used onlywire as a social media monitoring tool? Feedback?
Hi I have used OnlyWire with TribePro. I would say for the total of $100/month I pay it's not really worth it. I am probably cancelling at the end of this month.. If you are looking at a central place to post to all your social media accounts it is a good service but for SEO not so much... It's not very good for social monitoring...

Looking for a rockstar SEO Specialst to join our team - Where should we look?!
Really depends if you're looking for an in-house SEO or an external consultant - if it's the latter have a look at the SEOMoz recommended companies, if it's the former you could consider hiring a specialist recruitment company, we've had some success with that in the UK. The SEOMoz LinkedIn group suggested by Project#Labs is definitely a good place to start, although I'm not too sure you'll find the quality you're looking for on Craiglist. Just had a quick look at your site too - looks like a fun place to work so hopefully you won't have too much trouble! : )
