Is Blog Commenting still an acceptable way of linking
I appreciate the shoutout Rob. Thanks to you both for reading. I really appreciate that. You are both sp right. Engagement is key. And the best part, you just never know what that relationship you work at building via the comment might lead to, whether it's traffic, links a guest post or just a great friendship...all are very worthwhile in my book. Its now been 12 days since since google notified me that my manul link penality was revoke.. how long before I'm reindexed?
In most cases the penalty is removed within a few weeks of getting your notification of the penalty being revoked. However, if you had very serious offenses when it comes to spam, it can take longer - even months. Another point to be aware of is that some sites do not return to getting anywhere near the rankings they had before because the vast majority of their links have been removed or disavowed. But, you should see some sort of uptick though.

New Title and Desciptions on page is visible does that mean index postion is also
If you make a change to a page and later the search result in google reflect that change and your position has changed, you can assume that the change affected your position. However google continuously re-evaluates ranking. I have a personal theory: When you add content or make modifications to a page, I noticed in our case that google has a tendency to rank you a bit higher for a while, I think just to see if people click on the page. If people react positively by clicking and staying on the page, then google might assume that the page is relevant enough to stay there or higher (and vice versa).

Google penalized site--307/302 redirect to new site-- Via intermediate link—New Site Ranking Gone..?
I have resurrected a one page version of the old penalized site, now it is just a moved too, with one button on it linking to the new site, encoded with nofollow. my sub pages of my new site are ranking well for some other keywords, and in all cases ranking better then the root page is for its main keyword, so I'm assuming that the root page is the only one on the site being held back. When I look in google web master tools "Sites Linking to your Site" the only thing that appears out of wack is the enormous amount "Intermediate Links" that were created from the 302/307 from my old site to new site.. I am really hoping that if I reduce this that the new site will go to where it should naturally be. If not then I guess I have no choice but to file a reconsideration request.. wow what a pain, What are you thoughts.. Thanks,

Are articles still benificial and how best to promote them?
Hi, What I was trying to say is that it is not easy to contact the webmaster of certain websites to add the canonical tag to prove that you are the original author. Therefore, if you are planning to do it, make sure you can reach the webmaster and they are willing to add the canonical tag. Since I don't know which industry or niche you are in, it is hard to recommend authority blog sites to guest blog on. What you can do is either 1) Google "Guest Blog + Industry/niche" or 2) Visit http://myblogguest.com/ and browse the forum to see what blogs are looking for guest authors. It is free to create an accont and everyone in the community is nice. If you ask people, I am sure a lot of people will refer you to that site to look for guest blogs. Hope this helps!

Can a 307 Redirect Pass on a Manual Google Link Penalty?
There is no clear specific data I'm aware of on the use of 307s as compared to 301s. Given that a 307 is a form of temporary redirect instruction, it technically "should not" pass along bad identification value. "Should not" is the operative concept here, since search engine algorithms are imperfect and multi-faceted.
