No Longer Indexed in Google (Says Redirected)
It now has taken away even the subpages so I have pretty much dropped out of any rankings related to that page without doing hardly anything at all to it. The terms I go after related to that page are pretty easy terms so I should at least show up on the first page.

Indexing Issues
Hi Rob, Gaston and Andrew have already answered this question with supporting resources. But there is I good guide I came across for website Indexing. If you are still looking for solution, you may find this useful. You can check it here - The White Hat Guide for Website Indexing If you have already found the solution, do enlighten us with issue (and what was causing the issue). Good Luck,

Google finding my meta descriptions
Guess so - the worst that can happen to you with long meta descriptions is that they get truncated. If they are too short - you are not using the 2 lines that Google allocates you or (like in your case) that Google is just picking some text from your page. There is no guarantee that Google will use the meta description in the SERP's but you will increase your chances by making them longer; Dirk

Site Link Issues
That is actually a good thought, but Kolea 10A is a little below average in traffic compared to the others.

WordPress and Redirects
Pages load correct at: http://www.waikoloavacationrentals.com/kolea-rentals/9g.html And do not load at: http://www.waikoloavacationrentals.com/kolea-rentals/9g So you need to Redirect http://www.waikoloavacationrentals.com/kolea-rentals/9g TO http://www.waikoloavacationrentals.com/kolea-rentals/9g.html You can do this with the line of code in .htaccess Redirect 301 /kolea-rentals/9g http://www.waikoloavacationrentals.com/kolea-rentals/9g.html Let us know if that works? You can also try the redirect plugin, although personally I prefer using .htaccess for redirects

How Can I Make My Site iPhone Friendly?
Hi Rob, Great question and I am glad you are looking into how your site responds to mobile users. It sounds like you are having some issues with smartphone users. To be clear, it's best if you approach this problem from a screen size rather than a specific phone type. Your website works fine on tablets, but it's smart phones you have a problem with. You can do a responsive design that changes based on the user screen size rather than phone type which can get really hard to develop for really quickly. Here is a guide we have developed for all things mobile design and SEO. We highly recommend making your site responsive (no need for m.domain.com or domain.com/mobile), which will take care of any issues with linking in the future, shares, and all other forms of user confusion as well as search engine confusion. Also here are mobile recommendations straight from Google. Hope that helps!

Business Rich Snippet
Hello Rob, Rich snippets are still in an early fase so i understand your pain about not being able to show your logo in the SERP's. The publisher markup is an option as Matt Antonino mentioned but this only shows up for brand queries so it might not be what you're looking for. I do see that you have a YouTube video placed prominently on the homepage. Perhaps you could use a video sitemap to get a video rich snippet? The process for this is described here: Video sitemap for vimeo and youtube Other than that it's not possible as far as i know to get a good rich snippet for a business if you do not have a specific product or recipe to show.

Google Changing the Title Tag to Your Brand
Hi Rob, As the other guys have pointed out, it isn't possible to control when and how Google changes your title tag as far as I'm aware. You can try and send signals to Google such as linking to that page using specific anchor text, on-page copy etc. I just did a few tests and the correct title tag seems to be appearing so Google may have figured it out and switched back to the correct one. Are you still seeing them showing the wrong one? If so, could you link to a few examples of search results where this happens? Cheers. Paddy

Rich Snippets
I was looking at my code today and it looks like the person that designed my page used some google remarketing tags. Would it be to my advantage to use the schema tags and be more thorough in the usage of them?
