Thanks!  For some reason I just got this.  I think it is more just a lot of the buttons are smaller and I really just need a "new look" for mobile.  My current site seems to be great for an ipad or desktop, but just the design is not good for a iphone.

I have been looking into making my website for iphone friendly as my analytics are not great for the iphone and I know when I try to navigate around it on an iphone it can be tough.

I was told that if I make changes to the layout that it would affect my layout across everything, which I did not want to do. So I have two questions:

1. Is this correct regarding the layout?

2. If so, if you did something like m.waikoloavacationrentals.com which would be the mobile version how would that possibly effect your rankings with regards to the traffic distribution?

Any feedback would be appreciated.  Also if anyone has any experience in doing this I would be interested in discussing further.

Yes, it is kind of interesting.  Obviously everyone has their little niche.  For me I rent vacation rentals.  I do not sell a product and we are a company and not an individual.  I am sure there are plenty others out there like me.  I find it odd that google does not have something specific for this.

This is probably a trivial question for most here, but I wanted to try a rich snippet with our logo.  I put in the code at www.waikoloavacationrentals.com/kolea-rentals

I would appreciate it if anyone could give me feedback as to if it was done correctly.  I would think this is pretty common, but have not seen many articles out there about a business logo.  Most of what I have seen is to display a person or a product.  Thanks,

I have had a google plus page and a facebook page for my business for a long time now.  I have not had any issues building a customer base via Facebook either by promoting my page or by using the pay promotions via facebook.  On the other hand, I have had 0 luck of getting +s on my google page.  I feel the page looks good, but just am having a hard time.

Is there an effective way out there to get followers on Google+?

A while back google started changing our title tags to have our name in it, which was great and reasonable for the most part.  We recently ran into a problem with it as we have some properties on our site that fall under a dba.  Here is the example.

Title tag: Kolea- Waikoloa Vacation Rentals
Kolea is a vacation rental community is a resort called Waikoloa.  Waikoloa Vacation Rentals is our company name and www.waikoloavacationrentals.com is our company site.

Here is the problem:
Title tag: Hualalai Resort- Waikoloa Vacation Rentals
Hualalai is a completely different place than Waikoloa and we do business in there as Hualalai Vacation Rentals, but keep our properties on our www.waikoloavacationrentals.com site rather than microsites.

How can you let google know that what they are doing is incorrect for specific pages?  Thanks,

I was looking at my code today and it looks like the person that designed my page used some google remarketing tags.  Would it be to my advantage to use the schema tags and be more thorough in the usage of them?

I have a vacation rental company and was looking at implementing rich snippets.  You can view the property I would do it for at www.waikoloavacationrentals.com/kolea-rentals

What method would you recommend we using?  It seems like it would be ideal to either 1) have our logo show up next to the result or 2) have a link for 2 bedroom villas, 3 bedroom villas, and homes below the result.

Let me know what you think would be best and the best way to implement this.  Thanks,
