Is there a tool that can give you demographic info on keywords?
I did a quick search and it appears this question was asked in the Q & A section a little while ago but here are a few resources I found. Google has a tool called shopping insights which will give you some more geographical keyword information. Also there is another tool called Follow that has a free plan which should allow you to get some demographic insights into keywords. Here is the original question asked on Moz back in 2014. Hope this helps you out some.

One robots.txt file for multiple sites?
Hi Rena. Yes, if both sites are separate domains that you want to use in different ways, then you should place a different robots.txt file in each domain root so that they're accessible at xyz.com/robots.txt and abc.com/robots.txt. Cheers!

Webmaster tools Hentry showing pages that don't exist
Without more information or a site to look through, I did a cursory search of Hentry issues that could be the cause of your problem and the potential fixes. https://www.acceleratormarketing.com/trench-report/google-analytics-errors-and-structured-data/ https://remaintenance.io/blog/2015/05/fix-hentry-errors/

How do I set up 2 businesses that work together but are ran seperately with two separate websites but similar content?
It is definitely possible to maintain two separate websites. It sounds as if they don't do the same thing, so technically the content will be different. The websites use a different template, and from what I can tell they don't have any duplicate content issues. Since the sites are related, it would be natural for the two websites to link to each other. But you don't want to run into any search engine penalties from having them link to each other. In order to do that, you'll need to make sure that the link profiles of each website are completely different. What I would focus on is the links to each website, and have a plan to acquire good, trusted links to each of them. One is product related, so you'll want to focus on where you can get your products listed. The other is a service type business, so getting the site links that are appropriate for that site would be helpful.
