Hi there! Unfortunately, there is still not an option for changing your report generation date as it is based on your Campaign updates. The only other option would be to start a different Campaign on the date that you are wanting your custom reports to generate but of course, you would not be able to review historical data in that new Campaign. You should only use a disavow tool if you are losing traffic or got a penalty. The Disavow tool is working, but it takes time for Google to stop counting these links. As Paddy said, these links will always stay, you cannot remove them by disavowing them.

Hi there, Jo from the Moz help team here. First off, it's worth noting that 5% is quite a low score. Secondly, I would clarify that the score isn't a calculation based on the Spam Score of sites linking to your site. Spam Score is percentage of sites with similar features we've found to be penalized or banned by Google.
