Triple listing in rankings
I checked a few sites myself and see your point. Good argument, Ryan! This is something I can improve.

Text in div
Almost every piece of text on my sites is within some kind of div. There's nothing wrong with using divs at all! However, if you were trying to hide the text within a div for manipulative purposes then this would be against Google TOS.

Keyword stuffing
Hi, if the list makes sense, i.e. if a human being looks at it and finds nothing odd about it, I would not worry about it. I would suppose that this is the case here, as you are not doing it for SEO purposes. While the page in question might not rank highly as it is not optimized, I don't think it will have any negative implications for your site or other pages on it. If you are worried that it actually might look like keyword stuffing, try to come up with some text (without the keyword) and add it to the page - but only if it makes sense and adds value.

HTML url extension
Agreed. You can change technology without changing URLs or having to do rewrites, which is a big benefit. Another benefit is that your URLs are shorter by four characters, making them a little easier to share.

Google Pagerank Update
There has been a TOOLBAR pagerank update pushed out in the past day. It's the first time in six months that the toolbar has been updated with the data that changes on a very frequent basis behind the scenes. Lots of places are discussing it, there are some links from the Search Engine Roundtable post at http://www.seroundtable.com/june-2011-google-pagerank-13615.html.

Keyword tracking
I would go and test this yourself. Go on to Google, log out of your Google account, then type in your search phrase and add: &pws=0 to the end of the URL and hit enter. This will remove any customized results for you and will help you determine the accuracy of the results of the two trackers.
