Limit for Maximum Links on a page
There's not a hard limit, but it is recommended to not have hundreds/thousands of links on a page. Dr. Pete's post that the Frutiko team linked to is a good place to start to understand the origins of the warning.

Duplicate Page content
It's probably because a large portion of each page is identical when you look at the source code. There are only a couple of dozen words that are different between the pages, and all of the rest is identical. The crawler can't see images and tell that there are different items on the different pages.

Wrong report for Duplicate content
The crawler is looking at all of the content on the page, including the navigation, header, footer, source code, etc. and seeing that much of it is the same between the pages. I looked at the Mortar Hats and Christmas Joyful Gathering pages, and counted up the raw text words on each page. Mortar Hats had 622 words, and the Christmas page had 633 words. Of that, there were maybe 15 words that were different on each page. The crawlers can't look at images, and to them, the pages look quite like each other.
